I have noticed that once we've got a loss, in our mind always chasing and try to recover it, it's better to have a break and come back when you are ready again.

That's normal, our species is a possessive one so whenever something is lost to us, we few something somber or sad that we want to get it back, if you are feeling this it is a normal thing to happen, what your action towards it will be the difference maker.

I meant that my priorities are obvious (I guess I was wrong about the obvious). I can read and write at work during short breaks (or even during work, since my work is specific, in transport, etc.), but in order to play and have fun I must be completely free and be sure that nobody will distract me. This condition is quite rare for me.

These are the realities of impoverished countries. To live well one has to make great efforts. As long as I have strength, I try to spend it wisely.

Same here, I am gambling more on sports now and it doesn't consume a lot of my time than playing live games. My life was easy on playing sports betting too until I learned about parlay bets. I can't stop myself betting big time considering the total odds I can win is very tempting. Sometimes I bet 5 parlays at different sports that I'm watching per day using my job salary until I notice that I'm not saving anymore money for my future.
