I have never played online gambling because I have no expertise in online gambling, and I also really don't want to try it even though it seems easy or simple because I am afraid of being addicted.

I have no control over gambling time. I simply allocate no more than $100 to the game and play until I lose these funds. If my deposit goes up to $200 I quit and only come back to play a few days later. This approach gives me an emotional cool down.

You don't have to be an expert if you want to make online gambling a place to have fun. Just deposit some of your crypto and play the game and exit when you've had enough. Everything is true, but it isn't a pleasure. It is a discomfort of feeling emptied. The addiction is not a result of winning, but the hope of recovering the losses. Myself an addicted gambler doesn't go into gambling to win big, but to recover what I've lost. The mind always say, if I recover all the spending I can be debt free. This is the major thing that runs in my mind when I get into gambling. Maybe it is difficult to stop right away from gambling but we can try to stop gambling slowly so that it will not feel difficult. I am not actually a full time gambler but I gamble if I have time or if my relatives ask me to play. I also do not gamble online because I do not know how. As a gambler I think we should have the right budget and limited time for it. We must not use the money which is intended for our everyday needs so if we do not have money, we need to learn how to stop and having debt just to play is not a good practice at all. Gambling is not bad but too much gambling is. I know there are people who win big in gambling and so some of them become rich. For me they become rich because they know how to control the risk in gambling.

Gambling is completely one of my entertainment for me because I can't want to addict on it and there is a huge chances of losing money where it is also easy to earn too. I am always careful for protecting my funds and always try to increase it. Hopefully everyone wants this. That's why, I just spend very little amount for gambling just for enjoying some moments with sports.

I think if you have every gambled in a real physical casinos than the jump to online gambling is not that big. Espeically now during the pandemic makes meeting friends and hanging out gambling very difficult. Gambling is a nice way to relax in the evening, especially playing some poker while listening to music is great to forget the stress of the day. I prefer long term investment too, but when prices are falling we can make back some of our losses by gambling.

We shouldn’t take gambling too seriously. It’s a stress reliever and out to get treated as a fun activity. The ability to know when to call it quits when you win or lose a bet is paramount. Yes, reducing the gambling funds can help us to stop gambling slowly without we can realize. If we can do that for some time while trying to do something else that can distract our mind from thinking about gambling, it will be the way for us to decrease gambling activity. Stopping the gambling activity needs time and effort and that will depend on us how we can still do that for our own good.

I suppose it really depends on both your genetics and your life circumstances if gambling gives you pleasure. If you are in a (sad) situation where you lost your wife and children ina car crash the likelihood of gambling giving pleasure is higher in my opinion.

I limit my gambling time after the lockdown of COVID-19, during the lockdown I gamble most of the time to make myself relax as there was no physical job, but after the lockdown, I have to reduce the time I gamble to 1 hour every day and that is after the close of work.
