It's called psychology! You start losing, trying to get your money back! It's the same with trading in the exchange... At first you manage to make money, and then you rapidly lose... At such moments you have to be concentrated on other activities...

In connection with your observation, I would like to note my experience, which was really many years ago.  
I then tried to play the Forex market.  First, I learned how to advise on the demo.  And everything started to work out, I was delighted and thought that everything would go well in the real market.  I remember how surprised I was, I was amazed, one might say, when everything went completely wrong.  I remember even freaking out when I lost everything quickly and strongly.  Indeed, my psihotype was tuned by the demo version, in the giveaway version.  And the real market was cruel and merciless and a completely different psychological type of personality was needed there.

I think the two things are still in the same way regarding the limitation and / or use of the budget. For me personally, when it comes only to gambling sports, at least, I will focus more on certain matches and then, calculate the odds obtained for finally adjusting the use of the budget made at the end. So yes, there are actually several factors to be aware of in sports betting and not just budget restrictions.

I agree with "gamble what you can afford only" as we do not have to use all money or big money to gamble because the percentage to win will not bigger as we think. If we can realize that, we will not risk that money, but we can still play gambling until we can feel that it is enough to have fun in gambling.

Playing gambling with $1 will be enough for a short time and I think we can enjoy that moment without thinking to use more money. The problem that a gambler faces is that they are curious about the result and ask themselves why they can not win some money.

I only gamble when my circumstances are relaxed and in free time, and when playing I limit my betting capital and if I lose I will stop playing according to the capital I prepared beforehand and if I win a few times I will stop and try to stop at position Indeed.
because I have a real job that I have to prioritize especially in terms of time, so I play erratically and rarely gamble only when there is a feeling of wanting to gamble and spending free time forgetting what's on my mind, and I play casually not expecting to win because I don't give much capital, and sometimes luck is on my side.

indeed, one things that helps in terms of creating discipline on everyday life is creating systems
you can have a fixed % of salary each month that you use for savings, for donating, for gambling, etc...

We really have to use our time efficiently, so that we become more productive in living life. I agree with some rich people who have a lot of
money, sometimes they have free time, because they already have many assets that can be a source of income. Therefore rich people have

yes, there are even some studies on how people with bonding friendships have the tendency to have better life at old age.
I saw something like that, that having at least 4 close friends was really good for happiness
