For some reason I agree with you. It is like Argentina is damned to not win something big. I don't know, I think they have also been unlucky in the important moments. They had two finals in the Copa America and the World Championship final, but to be honest it can happen to lose a dozen of finals. In Tennis it is even harder. Not sure who it was, but I think some guy played 5 or 6 major finals and lost them all before winning one, maybe Murray? I don't think it's their quality as a player or team, but just a mix of unlucky circumstances and dwindling confidence. I agree with you, with all due respect to these teams, their level is very low and here the result is too random to risk your money. Ah I see, I did not know about history I always thought the winners were quite predictable: Brazil mainly for the past 20 years, though Chile back to back also. And Argentina not since I can't remember when I saw on a docu but many Messi finals. But I guess with such few teams and everyone playing to their best with such huge changes and tactics, I think if more people watched they would be interested (we in Asia actually love the South American style too).
