Matic is a more robust blockchain than Solana in terms of network acceptability monthly active users and general scalability.
Solana has had more hacks outages and other problems than the polygon network which is more secure
user satisfaction is lower on Solana than on Polygon since the network is not ethereum virtual machine compliant tokens from other popular networks like avalanche fantom optimism and more are thus incredibly difficult to bridge to Solana.
Polygon allows users to seamlessly and affordably hop between evm compatible networks as a result it's easy and cheap to implement incentive programmes on new networks like near aurora and optimism.
in the end Matic is best choice.

Without any doubt my personal choice is MATIC, I really like its multi-level platform. Its have huge potential to grow more in the coming days.

It is undeniable that MATIC can be an alternative. As we know this is layer 2 of ETH, besides that the transaction fees are much cheaper. It is undeniable that this network is not as well-known as Solana, but when compared from a security perspective, MATIC can be said to be much better.

None, I'd like to choose BNB or ETH over both Matic and Solana cuz they're full of problems. The smart contract market is very crowded right now. I think there's a clash between those smart contract tokens and only the best stay and stuck up all dev. BNB with Binance's backup. ETH is soon to address fees in ETH 2.0 after the PoS transition. And in this case, solana is far better than a polygon. I am not the biggest fan of polygons like Solana. I really liked the Solanos NFT Project because it was all about blockchain games and staking features. And you know what, how Solana started and proved itself by growing a polygon couldn't prove that much. But it does not mean Polygon is not a great project. I use Polygon more often than Solana. Both for trading coins and in terms of making transactions. Nonetheless, this blockchain can develop rapidly. agreed that matic by far still has so many potential left in the long term.
moreover there are quite many projects migrating over matic from Eth that means it could increase matic fames in the long run.

After hacking news and exploit with Solona network still not bad impact with Solana coin going drop, I think still worth and keep profitable for investing with Solana coin than Polygon Matic. But always do your own research because after hacking news will have bad news later with Solana coin get dump again. I think right now better with short term trading if you want entry with Solana coin for preparing if later price get dump again with new hacking information.

dont forget solana in the past several times facing problem with its network. Developers team must improve its network to avoid same accident in future. Solana or matic were good , both of them trying to solve problem in eth network., but solana ecosystem growth faster than matic.

Do you prefer safe or fast? Fast is not always good, you can see the problems Solana has had in the past, frequent network outages and most recently the slope wallet attack that took a heavy toll on investors.

Solana blockchain is really the fastest network I have experienced but it has too many problems, solana needs to do a lot to improve its blockchain network or it will soon be superseded by new blockchains.

polygon is not a NFT ecosystem. polygon is a layer 2 solution for ethereum . thats why polygon was adopted so much fast and matic token price went sky high. New advantage? But what could that be? I am not aware of that. Maybe that can make solana stronger but I don't think others will just sit and see the success of this coin. I believe that they will also make an update that will surely turn heads as opposed to what solana did right there. In terms of price polygon is much cheaper. This is one of its assets to attract investors that are seeking for cheap yet quality coins.

Another thing that makes them invest on the coin is that polygon rarely have its own ath. We have some threads here in fact that speculates about the future value of polygon. Some says it will reach 20 usd while others says 3 digits.

I will not invest in too many tokens, 20 tokens is too much and I think if there is growth, it is not possible to optimize profits because not all coins increase simultaneously. I only choose 5 coins with potential to invest and DCA if necessary.

As for shitcoin, I only choose 1 or 2 coins. The higher the risk, the higher the return, which is why I class them as venture capital and invest only a very small amount of capital in them, treating them like a gamble or a lottery ticket.

It's best to limit your investment to a few coins in order to reduce risks of loss as much as possible. Among the two coins mentioned by the OP, MATIC is definitely a better choice than Solana. It's much more secure, decentralized, and it's directly compatible with EVM (Solidity) smart contracts from the ETH blockchain. Because of this, we could say MATIC is extremely undervalued.

Solana, on the other hand, is driven by hype, but it's highly centralized and unstable. I don't get why the coin is still among the top ranks in market cap after it faced several network outages and a massive wallet hack. Maybe whales don't want SOL to go anywhere soon? I wouldn't care since I've never invested in Solana. People are free to do what they want, so ultimately the market will decide which coins will stay and which will become history. Just my thoughts

But on the other hand Matic is just best they are making partnership with a lot of project like Disney and many more The team is really active In these Crash we seen that Matic had done good, Currently trading at 1$

I think the problem not with Solana coins but also with wallet exploit depending where save their assets, I saw hacked assets happen with Slope wallet and not any connected with Solana coins, maybe the most responsibility with exploit wallet is developer of Slope wallet and they need give official announcement about what happen with exploit wallet. Looking with Solana coins keep stable and reaching higher price from $39 where exploit issues and right now Solana success make higher price until $47. Not any problem with Solana coins and still profitable if want invest there.
