I am actually really hopeful about St Pauli next season to be able to get promoted to the Bundesliga. Because they have certainly shown good performance in this season. They did lose their way in the letter part of the season but I believe overall their performance was quite impressive.

St. Pauli has to build a new team. Some important players are leaving. For example, Finn Ole Becker. They have to find a good replacement. The 2022/2022 season was a very successful season. I am not sure if they can do it again in the new season.

Hannover,Kaiserslautern,St.Pauli,Düsseldorf,Nürnberg,Hamburger SV,Magdeburg,Braunschweig.
they're all teams with lots of fans. it's bound to be a fantastic and exciting season.
even if bremen and schalke are missing, there will be many interesting duels. i'm looking forward to july 15 when the season starts again

It's definitely nice to see Kaiserlautern back in the 2nd league. On the other hand a pity that Dresden has to go, it's also a club with tradition and many fans, but then again without a single win this year, so they have definitely not earned to remain in the 2nd league... It would have been pretty funny actually if the game had ended 0-0 and Dresden won after penalites 
So this was the last game in the german professional leagues, summer break is coming

That is exactly how I see it too. There are great teams again this year and it will certainly be exciting to see which teams will fight for promotion and which will fight against relegation. The match schedules for next season will be published at 17th of June.

I honestly believe that the teams that have been relegated did not deserve to be or to stay in the Bundesliga next season. They have played very badly and they obviously need to prove themselves again in the second Bundesliga the next season. But even though Hertha was in the relegation zone I am actually quite impressed that they have been able to play in the Bundesliga for 5 years straight now. They have shown good performance against Hamburger to stay in the Bundesliga again. I cannot say that it was very deserving for them but I honestly think Hamburger had a really good chance that they blew.

I cannot say that their season was 100% successful because they had a good chance of getting promoted in my opinion. In the next season, I see them as potential candidates to be promoted because the competition is going to be a little less because Werder Bremen is not in the 2nd Bundesliga.

Pauli started the season very well. But towards the end of the season, they had a very bad rhythm. Which is why they failed to rise to the top of the points table. I think Pauli will try to strengthen themselves next season and have a consistent performance.

That way this season has turned out to be really great and even though it was a little expected that Schalke and Werder Bremen is going to do very well in this season I think there was still a lot of suspense almost till the end of the season.

In the next season, I am hopeful about Hamburger, Darmstadt, and St Pauli. I believe these teams had genuine chances and they will also play well in the next season. It will be also interesting to see how the teams that have been promoted to the Bundesliga do in the next season.

There are no games that immediately catch my attention. On 2nd sight, from the point of view of the 2nd Bundesliga the following could be interesting games where a surprise is possible:
Magdeburg vs Frankfurt
Kaiserlautern vs Freiburg
Braunschweig vs Hertha

All 3 of the 2nd league teams just relegated up from the 3rd league and they got attractive opponents, but not opponents that are completely out of their league (like Bayern or Dortmund). Same is also valid for Regensburg vs Cologne

Nürnberg, I am not most excited about but they can also put up a good fight against better teams.

For me, St Pauli can give a lot of themselves to reach first place when they start, however I think that St Pauli did not have the luck required to reach the Bundesliga, but this is not a reason for them to be discouraged, I think that now if they gave everything at the end and couldn't get there, I think they can do the same at the beginning and be able to secure their position and not suffer so much to qualify and go up to the 1st division, for me it was the luck factor, in fact I lost a couple of betting on St Pauli, although I don't regret it, I think it was very exciting.

Yor are right, only the matches between Leipzig and Teutonia Ottensen and Bayern München against Viktoria Köln will take place at 30. and 31. of August.

I agree with you’ll about St Pauli because if I remember correctly many here believed that they would be promoted back to Bundesliga, but suddenly their form went downhill and they never really recovered in time. However next season they should definitely target the top spot, because I strongly believe that they’re one of the contenders to win the league title next season.

That is correct. St. Pauli only scored 17 points in the second half of the season. Some important players were injured at the beginning of the year and the substitutes made too many mistakes.
