No, I did not
I will try it in the morning here. And a router restart, even if there is no problem on the same infrastructure for all nvidia rigs and we are talking 3 rigs , not one.

Try running it with --amd-only, and I see that in your HiveOS statement you use "-cl-devices...", and not "--cl-devices.."  Make sure you're using the double dash -- and not a single dash, or allowing auto-correct to switch a double dash into an em-dash.

I used --cl, was a copy paste error.
Going to try --amd-only, but I don't have any nvidia in those rigs, so I really doubt.
20 restarts on one of the nvidia rigs, was not doing this on 1.25.

Mine on 2miners.com and use --xintensity 4096

The Team Black miner doesn't work so good on low difficulty and low intensity settings.

What happened in the 30minutes your rig wasn't mining? (from 14:30 to 15:00)

Change the mining pool and increase the intensity. 2miners.com, miningpoolhub and other pools works good with --xintensity 2048 or --xintensity 4096 Then you get the same poolside speed as in the miner window. More details in the faq I have linked above. v1.27 has also fixed some important pool connect issues, so you should upgrade
