It's going to be a bad news for all those waiting for crypto market to crash hard like 2018 so they can buy many top coins and wait for next bitcoin halving, the sad truth is crypto have leave that weak hands behind the next bear market isn't going to be like what we've seen in the past anymore, all eye are on crypto now even more than stock market

yes of course still good time to build a crypto portfolio just find a good project that has use cases of a coin or better to pick in the top coins because they can still increasing in the future. Bearish market will still happenings but in this year I don't think bear market will occur, I feel positive this year.

I don't think we will get as low as that cause the world is already developed and many countries is now accepting crypto currencies as a means of payment so the marketcap of BTC currently can't be compared to as 2018 much more people are into crypto already I don't just see bitcoin going as low as $5k again

Drawdown that we saw several days ago was caused just by new Chinese restrictions, but as we see, market copes with them easily every time (chinese government have attacked crypto for 20 times). While there are no other serious bad news, I don't think that it will be a new bear market, so news is a decisive thing in this market. According to one very experienced trader, we are to expect continued growth so far.

1. Almost every single day is indeed a good time to build crypto portfolio, yes there will be always a risk but it's so low than the previous years. Build now while you can and enjoy the profit later rather than just thinking when. Time is money my friend!

2. I don't think that the market would dip that much just like in 2018. Given that the price is extremly volatile, still it can't be as lower than $3,000 - $4,000. I think that dip was caused by the negative remarks of some big investors and also by China's banning on btc.

1.at this time if you want to build a crypto portfolio because crypto is always growing and always growing new coins that are potential and suitable for investment use.

I think it's a good time to buy crypto currencies at the moment because inflation is rising and I don't want to be stuck on fiat money without getting any return. The problem is that saving money at the bank doesn't work anymore. Inflation and Bank fees will slowly eat away all the value of our saving account. Same goes for bonds, the low interest rates doesn't make it attractive anymore to buy them.  The only option to escape inflation is to invest in stocks, funds or cryptos. I don't want to make investment managers rich, so I don't buy funds. And stocks is already part of my retirement fund. To diversify money the only real option is to keep buying crypto currencies in my opinion.

For me the best time to build up my crypto-portfolio is whenever I see that we are in the correction and retracement because for me its the best time to buy and accumulate crypto-hodlings. For the second question, I guess that the 2018 bearish cycle will no longer be happening very soon knowing that mass adaptation of cryptocurrencies is happening as of this time.
