1. every time is the right time to build a crypto portfolio, because the price of cryptocurrencies will definitely continue to increase, but of course not all cryptocurrencies whose price will increase, therefore you are better to investing in projects that are already popular and have a high volume, so you can get a big profit in the future.

2. the market will not experience a bear run like in 2018, because currently many investors and large companies are starting to invest in cryptocurrency, then besides that USA also announced if USA will never ban cryptocurrency, so that makes people start choosing to invest in cryptocurrency and make cryptocurrency as a long-term investment, therefore I believe if there is a correction in cryptocurrency market, then of course the price will not fall as badly as in 2018 and the market conditions will recover quickly than before (increase again).

Your first question answer is: yes! This is the proper time to build up your portfolio. You'll find lots of potential altcoins from top with low price altgough those were Super high by their price during bull run of 2021. So you can collect those altcoins for next bull run. Don't think it is a good time to build one crypto portfolio now ,The cryptocurrency market is dipping and prices are going lower day by day. One can easily lose all his funds during this kind of market situation better to wait and see if Btc can be able to break its weekly 30-32 resistance on the charts if that does happen then I don't think it is a good idea to buy any altcoin at the moment.

1.) In building a portfolio there is no right time, but it is the readiness of each individual who knows when to enter, where if the crypto value has reached ATH, we are required to increase the existing capital before reaching ATH and be prepared to accept the risk if the crypto value weakens.

Currently the price of Bitcoin is still under $30k, I think if Bitcoin has the potential to double its dollar value in 2024 compared to last year then now is the perfect time to build a crypto portfolio, as it will likely double again in the future.  I am confident that market conditions will be different in 2024 from 2017 or 2018.  The market is still in a bear market but in 2024 the bear market will definitely change and we will see a bull market very soon.  Build this opportunity portfolio now to profit well in the next bull run.

Regarding the first question on building the portfolio, from my point of view, building the portfolio is never too late. When we say we need to or we are building the portfolio, it means it's an investment and that to for long term. Firstly, yes, this is the right to invest.

Secondly, I don’t think the market will go as deep as it goes in 2018, because Bitcoin price gains, recognition and adoption every year, as a result of that, I don’t think it will go backward because we are targeting a new All Time High soon.

We cannot predict what the market will brings next, but with hopes, bitcoin will grow above our expectations and it will gain more adoption globally.

1) Now is the best time to build your crypto potfolio not only cryto, bitcoin potfolio precisely.no time is too late because the more people becomes more awear about bitcoin and it inportant the more the adoption. The price you see today might never be possible to see again in the future. Just like some people who never take bitcoin serious around 2010 to 2015 not until dey see the significance of bitcoin growth befor they started investment. Now they regret of not being an early accumulators. So shall people also complain when bitcoin will have atain to $150000k or above them will they the current price of $37k as a missed opportunity.

2)I don't really think so. As a matter of fact I see bitcoin not falling anything below#20k anymore.

I think the market has experienced its maximum decline when BTC fell to 15k$ and Solana to 8$, maybe later there will still be another decline but it won't be as deep as at the end of last year. maybe btc at the beginning of the year will fall to 30k$ or slightly below that is the last drop before the halving.

Talking about the time to invest in cryptocurrency, now isn't a bad time at all because the prices of most crypto assets are currently at a fair price now and the bull run is just by the Conner probably in a year from.now , so if you buy any crypto asset now you could hold for the long term max two years and then take your profit just before a new bear market starts again. But if you wait any further, your may not be amongst the early birds and sometime you may most likely rush into buying and make decisions that may be detrimental due to FOMO, o it usually advised you always buy when the market is low so you can be swept in on the bull run and not buying when the markets are already going up as you may not be able to catch up with the trend well enough to get the best out of the trend.

I doubt the increase in 2021 will not be a good thing for entry, because it is already very high.
so if the time is now that's a good thing.
and it is better to accumulate than to buy all at once, because there will still be fuds such as cpi and fed interest rate, and there may still be other new fuds.

I don't know if you have seen the market or actually know what the market was design for ? Because it was design for these so called loses to occur because it's like a business trade and in every business, loses is bound to happen and the need and want to get back this loses is what makes the trade interesting. Traders tend to try to get a better half of the market everytime but the issue is that these losses are bound to happen always.
