Mohammed Salah's performance in this game was really bad. However, no player would resign forever, and Salah isn't an exception to that, and despite all odds, Mohamed Salah has really been a wonderful player for Liverpool until lately and has contributed tremendously to the success of the club and is a legendary player as far as Liverpool is concerned. It's unfortunate that Liverpool are found in this type of bad form this season after signing quality players to strengthen the team's performance. Liverpool was already terrible defensively before the current manager arrived, but they had a good squad. They had Luiz Diaz and Dario Nunes. They sold these two good players, but no good players of the same level as Luiz Diaz came in to replace them. As a consequence, Liverpool's attack became poor and inconsistent. So we can blame the manager who didn't know how to make good signings to significantly improve the team's defense.

It been a goal galore in the emirate cup so far, we saw Manchester city  crash past Liverpool as they beat them 4-0 at home. Haaland scored a hattrick, scored from the spot, a header and a tap in. I expected Manchester city to win the match today, because I know how terrible Liverpool performance can be. since the beginning of the season, Liverpool performance has been terrible, they have been playing poorly, so I never expect them to get a win in todays match, but I never excepted Manchester city to humiliate them also. You don't have to blame Liverpool for their misfortune. For the fact that they are the defending Champions doesn't mean that they can't experience a decline in performance, it happened to Manchester City and some other clubs so Liverpool will not be the first neither will they be the last. The only thing that baffled me in Liverpool is the mouthwatering amount they spent in signing players and yet they have performed worse than in previous season when they didn't even have that many quality signings. I think there is something wrong in the team which might come from within. Maybe they might experience a turnaround if Arne Slot leaves just as it happened to Manchester United when Ruben Amorim was sacked and Michael Carrick became charge of the team. At first, I forgot that there is an FA Cup feature today and I did not blame myself for that because I am a Manchester United fan, we are becoming used to playing once every month
But when I realize that Manchester City was facing off with Liverpool, it was already second half and Haaland had already gotten a brace.
I opened my phone app, in order to renew my cable subscription. I had not renewed myself cable subscription since there is an international break, so I was just waiting for the leagues to resume before I'll renew my subscription. But when I became aware of the Manchester city Vs Liverpool meeting in the second half, I hurriedly wanted to sub, but my instinct said I should just allow it slide since Liverpool is already down by 2 goals. For a manager that won the league title on his first shot as manager with Liverpool, I think I will score him very low, losing the league is understandable and the champions league too but finishing the season without any trophy is very poor considering how Liverpool started the season,

Do not blame Liverpool for losing against Manchester City even Arsenal that is informed lost against Manchester City in the finals and they couldn't score one goal, how much more do you think Liverpool cen achieve when they face Manchester City that is looking for a way to add more trophies to their list since they are not sure of winning the league title. After being thrashed by Manchester City in the FA Cup, this proved how devastating Liverpool have been this season. And it's not just Slot, but Richard Hughes is also to blame for this.
