I think many user discussed already here that they don't have bonus since they don't require user to do KYC and to avoid abuse of the promotion, yes they don't have social media and this thread is the only way to get updates and contact directly the representative of the LTC casino aside from email but now it looks like some user are having a problem with the site and the representative here is not active anymore.

there are many ways to get in touch with us, and player did it at many forums already.


I have sent so many emails to the support email and ltc casino never replied once!!! The chat operator refused to pass me a manager email and close the chat every time i tried to get updates.
Please explain how a player can speak with management when the chat operator refuse to help and the only email available gets not reply?
The only way to speak with a manager was to open a complaint, u never even wrote that u were blocking my account and why!!!!

Please explain why an honest casino wouldn't let a player know after a massive win that they were freezing the account for investigations?
Don't u think this is super suspicious?
How credible a casino seems when the people running it ignore the player?

Please at least do not lie and said i did not contact you i have been trying to speak with a manager for a month ,everyday.
ASk you chat operator that closes the chat every time i ask for updates.

I wouldn't have open the scam accusation if u did not ignored me, c'mon now, check with your chat operators and i do have emails and chats copies that proves it.

we were not notified about complaint at this forum.

casino.goru gave them 7 days to respond. They will have either to provide conclusive evidences that you cheated or admit that your winnings were legit and consequently reactivate your account and let you withdraw your money.
Only less than five days remaining so I suggest you just wait. I don't think there is anything else you can do for the moment anyway.

btw, I read the email the game provider (Wadzam) sent you. Although they confirm that they've finished reviewing your gameplay, they didn't say anything about its outcome.



Would you ask someone if you cheated when u didn't?
I never even asked the first time and they checked twice, and the casino itself asked for a second check because they didn't find anything.
The results were sent 4 days ago and do you really think if the game provider would have found illegal activities the casino wouldn't have already shared the finding to clear their name?


The casino has the opportunity to share their finding , but they are "carrying on " the investigation instead, why is that?
Also the game history of all 4 accounts  was sent to the casino guru rep and he said the game history had nothing out of the ordinary, you can check yourself in the casino guru complaint i ve raised.

I would be thrilled if the casino would share the results of game provider because i know they didn't find anything and this my friend i am sure, but of course they are taking time because every single check done was not what they where wishing for.

The reality is that has been a month since they have  closed my account and if you really think about it with all the technologies around if there was something wrong they would have find it already, unless you can advice me on what else it to be checked. I am not a tech savvy but you don't need to be one to see where this is going and i truly hope i am wrong but after a month being in an honest place i find the whole thing suspicious now,

I wish the casino would update me and whoever is following this case to show transparency.

It's a very sad situation that they take so long to solve this problem, I wonder what if they had 10 customers with the same problem? how many centuries would these 10 customers have to wait to have a solution to their problem? It's a very slow way of working and without much sense of responsibility, I understand that they may find it suspicious in the way you won, but at least be quick in this investigation and show the results of the investigation

I haven't got feedback form relevant department yet. I guess they need some time to check it and reply to the provider. I will post in this thread when I get information.

Takes time when one chases unicorns.
They are denying the results, after a month i start to believe they just don't want to pay.
I feel the have acted very shady as they firstly just blocked my account and didn't even  told me why and mostly that they did it!!
The rep on  in this forum said i never contacted them...lol , i have tried all month and they blatantly not respond to email and the chat operator is simply rude and closes my chat.  I just feel the way they are handling that is not how an honest casino would, it sis sad indeed as is how they treat a player after he wins is dreadful and not fair, and they are showing to the gambling community what is going to happened to them if they will ever win.

I wish i never signed in and picked a licensed casino as i wouldn't be here now.

I am well aware of all of that and totally understand your frustration but, unfortunately, as I said above, there isn't much you can do but to wait. They can't keep stalling forever and if they do not respond within the next three-four days you can ask the game provider to disclose their findings (result of their investigation) publicly.

Spot om!!! couldn't  have said better.
They have received  a reply  from the game provider 4 days ago and if the game provided  would have found some cheatimg they would have post it straightaway.

They are buying time and it so obvious  now that they got not evidence,also the ltc rep here  said i never contacted the casino..lol ,biggest lie ever. I have contacted the chat everyday and they close the chat on me, and the management never  reply to emails, but here they pretend they are so reachable when they purposely ignored me probably wishing  I was going away.

So far they have not been able to solve your problem which is not acceptable. If your account is blocked due to your mistake then they should also give a proper analysis of your problem as to why such a situation has arisen.

The posts of the people winning a jackpot and withdrawing can't be real . i am convinced by my own experience they are shilling, because there is not way the casino would pay straightaway all that money when my account was blocked straight  the day after and they literally not even send me an email saying why.
It not easy to win in this casino as i had to play well over 15k before winning that big and at max bet.

Wonder if they are going to reply at casino guru too as they clearly stated they don't believe the check the casino rep made because obviously they found zero cheating.
They are also now doubting the game provider, we are all dishonest looks like except Ltc casino the most fair casino in the web!!

A whole month has passed  and LTc casino since i have won and u blocked my account and a 5 days after   receiving the second checks from the game provider  and still LTC casino rep dose not send updates!!

So far they have not been able to solve your problem which is not acceptable. If your account is blocked due to your mistake then they should also give a proper analysis of your problem as to why such a situation has arisen.

How do i create a red flag? Never done that before, its over a month now and they are blatantly lying and the can share the provider findings to show transparency.
They are not because they are lying and this is not an homicide that it takes over a month of investigations.

They clearly struggling to find new excuses , i am very confident and would be thrilled for them to share the game provider replies but it is obvuois now why they dont.
Also casino guru rep has analysed the game play and they found no cheating.
Also the casino never even emailed to explain why my account was blocked they just ignored my emails and they only replied in this forum, since this happened they never even bothered to reply to one single email.
Not even rogue casino act so ruthlessly.
If you could explain me how to create a red flag i would really appreciate as at least other players will not go through the hell iam going through.

Also the game history of all 4 accounts  was sent to the casino guru rep and he said the game history had nothing out of the ordinary, you can check yourself in the casino guru complaint i ve raised.

Not true. He was provided by history of one of your accounts, but it really does not matter in this case. Here is information only about time and amount of bet/win. No information about the volatility changes, auto-spin activation etc., so this is almost pulic information that does not matter for investigation.

Impossible. For more than 5 years in industry we meet player playing ONLY ONE SLOT from not popular provider from 4 different accounts and winning three jackpots in a row. It is absolutly irregular case.

What are you talking about? We did nit break any of our rules. We have three months for investigation. Player AGREED with this rule when started playing. jackpot was not on a row, first one was 2 motnhs prior and last two within a day of difference, please be precise  as it was not on a row.

2 weeks not a word, not a prove after  a month an half.
Game provider statement  refused because  they state i didnt cheat.
Casino  guru in 2 days will lower their score  because  of unreasonably keeping my money  after refusing  two third  party  saying g i didn't  cheat and not a piece of evidence  that I cheated from ltc casino.

They don't  even care to reply anymore.

Today is me, but tomorrow  could be someone else if we let casinos as this behave in such  despicable  manners.
