each person on this forum has a different way of thinking, few people are leaving negative feedback when there is a problem like the one you are experiencing, and the likely reason they don't leave negative feedback is indecision and fear of exposing themselves, because the member who is being accused could retaliate by creating a thread in the reputation section and then it would become a case of fights and disagreements that never end well

Nowhere have I written that I justify anything. In my opinion, 3 months of waiting for the casino's response is definitely too long.
