Yeah, actually they are not interested in taking any action on this complaint, their silence says they are aware of this complaint but not interested in settling it. Gamblers should also be aware of this fact that they should not make any kind of deposit on this site. If they had run their business with good intentions, they would have fixed this user's problem a long time ago but they didn't. As long as they keep getting new users they don't really care about users' problems.

weird thing is, their rep is recently active and they are silent about it. so high likely that they already read the accusation but ignoring it for some reasons - finding a loophole not to pay the winnings? so sammy should look closely on his account and take as much as snapshots as he can. and review the terms and study if he is in any way violating their terms. if not, just continue what he thinks is best...

Just a small correction, if you don't mind. Admins/mods do moderate spam and they delete spam posts as soon as they get reported. But you are correct when it comes to scams. Scam posts do not get deleted and scammers do not get banned. Dealing with scammers is left to dt members and the trust system.

Actually, there's a good chance they haven't yet. From what I can see, this is the first case hinting ltccasino and anonymous-casino could be related -- we still have to confirm this from their side tho.

The TL;DR is account rep replaced ltccasino's domain in the ANN with anonymous-casino + ommitted "LTC Casino" in the topic title just a couple of mins before their last active time. and it was only a couple hours later that people started posting about this + sent them a PM to respond.

The forum's decentralized DT work independantly based on their own judgment, not some central authority.  If somebody provides convincing evidence against a supposed scammer, enough Decentralized Thinkers will slap a warning label on them and  that red flag should clue in other users something fishy's going on.  But the DT crew doesn't have banning power - they can only tag questionable characters. 

The volunteer mods just enforce the basic rules - no spam/hate speech, etc and  they usually can't verify fraud and scam claims.  It's a judgement call and mods dont wanna overstep since members are so autonomous here.

If the admin or moderator bans an account for any scam/scam activity then it will be a violation of the forum rule. Based on the rule they won't moderate any scam. But if there is any real scam then the account will be marked as scammer by providing negative trust by DT and supporting flag against him.

I've always been passing by here without checking the content of the topic for so long, I don't just know the reason but until today. This is so pathetic, a very bad and unprofessional representation. I can only call this thread a deliberate way to lure people into the scheme because I do not see these guys as those who are ready for the business, not to mention the sincerity expected of them. No one should be surprised about this though, it's all about marketing, it is we who should be careful about what we are subscribing to so that we are not just negatively affected by them.

It's all about the money for many of them, and not the quality, and by what the topic states, one can decipher that it's purposeful and is for the purpose of attracting customers, just as they always do with offers. This kind of means of attracting customers like bonuses, RTP and many more are the most dubious ways especially when the casinos have not stood properly. They can do and undo, and they can just disappear into the thin air as well. Though this one is relatively not new, their reviews are poor too on all my review sites, one has to be careful. Also, the $17,000 allegation request by @SammyGambler may overwhelm the representative here, so you can't expect less.
