Stake.com suddenly banned my Account

I am an active using STAKE.COM site and using sport betting as gambling way, last week my account suddenly banned after success winning sport betting and now I have 2.3k doge in my wallet but my account have been banned. I try to chat support online but their reason my account banned because fraud with bonus, I never joining any bonus program and only active with gambling on sport side, how come 2,3k doge coin received from bonus, here my fund and my account still banned until right now

Have you any alt account which have been used to collect bonus? Or have you received any dollar from other user via transfer? If any of these yes, then there is a valid reason. But if not, then I do not think there is a valid reason. And if so, you should create a scam accusation with details of your proof of transaction history as well as chat history. And lock this thread.

Just have only one account, I am gambler not looking bonus yet, I received 3.2k doge coin after winning from betting sport, have give reason to chat support but they not believe when asking with my fund history they not brave.

That would help to see if there is enough there to open a scam accusation. On the other hand, if you did use multiple accounts, abused bonuses, or did something else shady, you are just wasting your own time here.

Another way for them to find a trace or link between other users is if you use an exchange to transfer your funds to stake.

Or one of the addresses you used to deposit was also linked with another account. Also, all accounts in Stake are in a VIP program by default and some bonuses only require you to place a sports bet so you really can't opt-out of the situation.

When they say that an account is fraud, there must be a reason at least.
I doubt they did not mention the exact reason why they closed your account so sharing the conversation between you and the support as requested by Pmalek would be better.

I don't care about your account and its membership status or whatever "bronze" is supposed to highlight. You either make a proper thread with proof to back up your words or you don't. So far, you haven't done anything. A couple of sentences telling us how your account got suspended with a picture of your Dogecoin balance.

What is the purpose of this thread where you have shown absolutely nothing of value to support your claims and what is it that you are hoping to achieve with it?

Like they said above try to contact the customer service of you done with that include it in your thread.
You can also comment on their ANN thread so that the stake management will notice and know about your issue and they can take an action about that.

If I guess the bonus in question is related to reload or something else so I still remember doge  price  was very cheap in early 2020 say there is a new year's event
So each account can collect around 500-1k Doge, this isn't the first time I've heard of a case like this some of my friends also experienced the same thing.

They give a lot of bonuses and those are bigger than your thoughts. They run promotion on various sports events and the rewards are given as a bonus. Can you provide some screenshots of your deposits and received bonus amount from your account transaction history? (If possible).You have only given the screenshot of your account balance, but there is no proof of your accusation yet. Also provide some screenshots of your chat with their support.

This thread by OP has a quite vague narration, it only gets to show his side and his account, it lacks of more vital information and proofs. Unless we know the reason why it was closed, one that is stated by the management, we cannot clearly figure out and determine our stand on this. Hopefully, OP would enlighten us more.

For now, it's still a vague story since we don't know yet what was the reason why all of a sudden a reputable casino suddenly ban his account. But as for the reason of Op it was something that he didn't do and we can't just judge already if we still don't know the story on the other side. So, a screenshot of their conversation between him and the support would make this thing clear.

I won't expect something that would make Op feel relieved but we still want the truth though no matter what the decision because it will serve as a lesson to the future gamblers on that casino.

I believe in the problem you're having, but as others have said, please list all the details in the thread along with any evidence related to your complaint. Because then the evidence will be stronger. For me personally, both from the user side, namely you and the casino, there must be transparency if there is a problem like this.

Some may have experienced something similar, and some of us are still just fine with the casino. Regarding the issue of accusations, IMO casino does not necessarily accuse you of fraud with bonuses. Remembering the events and promotions of some time ago, you may forget that you have made transactions between the same addresses but with different purposes.

What's the resolution does your friend have made, or they just accept it and abandoned their account?

As for the problem, the community can only make speculations by not giving enough info from both side, also instead of making any discourse to any members why not start to resolving it by contacting their support or Stunna.

I mention it as cause and effect, you know that Stake.com casino can't block their users' accounts without a reason for them to do that. This is a fairly large casino, so it is impossible for Stake.com to lock your account arbitrarily. They have established procedures and run them according to company standards. This is actually commonplace and does not need to be discussed again. So think about what you do, so the casino says your account is indicated for bonus scams? Please re-read the Stake.com rules.
