I have mixed feelings about coaches from another countries
It's good in general because we can learn from portugueses, europeans, argentinians etc.
We can learn new techniques and new strategies.
Another strong point to learn is the behavior inside and outside the field, we see a lot of brazilian players involved in scandals or some anti-professional behavior.
The marketing around a foreigner is also good for the team to have more attention of media.

Yes, I absolutely agree. Even if the team has one great player who makes some mesmerizing place from time to time, it is not going to be enough.

I think the best example I can give is Ronaldo in Manchester United. He did get a hattrick in the last Manchester United match but that's an unaccompanied playing, in my opinion. To have good results consistently the whole team needs to come together. I think the new coach of Flamengo will be able to do that with the players.

Well, I really don't know. Flamengo has always been a competitive team in Brazilian soccer. In my humble opinion, I think Flamengo manages to stay in the G4 (top 4). I could be very wrong, but as everyone knows, football is a sport that is a "surprise box" because anything can happen.

The best player on the team can make the difference, but it is not a decisive factor in the team, as only 1 single player cannot carry the team on his back.

Mainly in soccer, because we have more than 10 players in a team, each one is a small piece that can do its job, this is teamwork.
