I would not be surprised if Corinthians fights for the first position,lately they have been on a good run I would say and they are also stable in their game play,of course in the Serie A the Champion is decided which team wins most of the away games as we know usually here the home team wins a lot of games even when they are not the favorite to do so.Corinthians is leading by a point and have a game less compared to most other teams at the top of the standings.I think the next match will be decisive against Sao Paulo to see how strong Corinthians is,if they manage to win by a good margin of goals I say they are the top contender for the title.

Only 7 matches have been played and except for the team that is absolutely at the bottom of the table, Fortaleza, I believe almost every other team had a really decent start. Fortaleza does not have even one win against their name and this has been a terrible start for them.

I actually expect a good result overall from Sao Paulo and Palmeiras. I obviously might be wrong but if anyone asked me to give a prediction I would have said this. And even though Corinthians are playing well I don't know if they will be able to bring consistent results.

Santos team performance has been on and off for a while now true in this beginning of season they had an okay start but their opponent palmeiras are on fire recently so i think they are heavily favourites but i think a draw is a possible outcome too as for fluminese vs flamengo i don't like flamengo performance and results recently but they are still a big club so i am not sure how this game will end.
