Atletico Mineiro beat Botafogo, although it wasn't very easy, but they did it... But the most interesting match was between Sao Paulo and Fluminense, it was a good fight... The second match out of eight where both teams scored... And Juventude vs Goias was the only match where no goals were scored...
Palmeiras will probably win Cuiaba without any problems today...

And they did,,, meaning they cement their spot at the top and now have double the goal difference of the closest rival. Something that occurred to me today,,, is how little the GD is for this league, even after playing 17 games already the biggest GD is less than 1 per game.

The other interesting fact is the bottom team scored 15 goals, or almost 1 per game, which is more than half of the top team.

I think Bragantino will face a lot of resistance when they play against Fortaleza today and it will not be easy for Bragantino to claim a victory in front of their home fans. This is not easy game for both teams because Santos is having problem in home games and Botafogo is doing some good in away games which is going to be very interesting because here Santos can go for win but with this we also have another interesting thing we will have only one or two goals in this match which mean under2.5 is also very good with both teams to no score as well.

In second one of the interesting matches which are going to play after few hours we have Internacional vs São Paulo Both teams are level in quality and form which is very good but Internacional surely going strong with home advantage and can win this game which will give them good confidence and second spot in league table.

I am new here on this thread but as I check your post and predictions then feeling good because with all your review about different games Brazilian soccer league is not familiar like their national team, but you are good with Fluminense won against Goias score was 3 - 2 and Inter vs São Paulo was also perfect with score of 3 - 3 and last but not the least Santos vs Botafogo is also on your prediction mean it's good to have check here and place some money on them is not bad idea.

I never expected Fluminense to win 4-0 against Corinthians in the last game but I think it just made the Serie A even better to watch and follow.Now there are the first six teams divided by just a mere 4 points between them and anything can happen.My all time and old favorite of Brazil Serie A,are starting to become stronger again,I see Internacional de Alegre being in sixth position and having a real look and fight for the title.In fact Corinthians,Atletico Mg and Palmeiras have one game less compared to the other teams that are divided by just 4 points but what took my eye is the recent form of Fluminense,which prompts me to believe they to be the strongest team so far in Serie A,they are the only team that have not lost a single game in the last five games they have played while all other teams in the top of the standings have at least lost one game in their last 5.Also Atletico MG has not lost a game in the 5 last games so a really unpredictable league so far,as who is going to win.I never seen any more competitive Serie A for years in Brazil.

I really liked Santos' game, I really think that they are finally recovering the leadership that they can reach, besides Sao Paulo is not doing badly at all, I know that Sao Paulo was going through a not very good moment, that's what football great, from here on it will get better. The Brazilian championship should have more relevance on ESPN channels, Fox, among others, since Brazil in general produces very good players and they always do a good job in European clubs.

The odds payout @2.95 for Athletico-PR to win the match in full time against Botafogo RJ does look pretty attractive. Indeed botafogo team has been on a losing streak three of them in the seria A and they couldn't score a single goal in them on the countrary their opponent is in a good shape but i really don't like these kind of games where the home team desperatly need a win not to mention that botafogo team usually create goal chances whic make them the more dangerous i think we should be carefull when betting in this game.

Yes, Botafogo got lucky this time... There's a reason bookmakers gave such high odds on Atletico Paranaense winning... Although for me they were the favourites for this match... Tonight it will be interesting to see how Palmeiras will play against Internacionale... Judging by the odds to win, Inter have no chance...

Today the international almost got another sequence  undefeated (without lost) but was defeated by Palmeiras...

After a first time playing poorly, with Palmeiras dominating the game and scoring the first goal, Internacional managed to recover to win the tie.
In the second half, the international improved a lot in the quality of the game, but he couldn't hold the tie and lost 2-1.

I lost my bet, and the international lost sixth place in the championship.
Palmeiras extended its lead, now with 9 points ahead of the second place
