I tried to say Flamengo and Palmeiras will win both championships, both will be in the hands of these two, for example:
Palmeiras will win Brasileiro and Flamengo Libertadores or;

It is true that they are already 9 points apart, but there are still several games to go.
A defeat by Palmeiras can make the team shaken and lose points in other games. Mainly lose to the main competitor. On the other hand, if Flamengo loses against Palmeiras, they will hardly have a chance to be first.

Flamengo is genuinely struggling to finish first at the moment, in my opinion. Still, I believe they are in a favorable position now because of the way they started. And the way Palmeiras is playing right now I think it is going to be quite impossible to throne them from the first position right now. Flamengo is likely to behave accordingly in order to remain satisfied with what they have achieved so far. And if they are actually able to get the first position, it will be nothing short of a miracle.

What a bad result for Atletico Mineiro today they lost against goias team at home, they needed the win badly so they can keep their chances of getting one of the top spots, the game was in their favor they were really dominant since the beginning but unfortunately for them they couldn't score despite the big number of goal chances on the otherhand goias strikers were very surgical and they brilliantly snatched the goal and the win, with this loss atletico MG are on the seventh position and its not even sure if they can be on top four in the end of the season.

I believe Corinthians will do a good match to have some hope in brasileiro after Flamengo took his 2nd place.
Even playing in Fortaleza's home the team is better than Fortaleza, won for 4x0 last match against Athletico GO, and this is an incredible opportunity.
If Flamengo vs Palmeiras ends in a draw Corinthians can reclaim 2nd place and be 2 points closer to Palmeiras.

I was surprised with Flamengo's advantage, but in the second half Palmeiras managed to improve their performance and tied the game!

Unfortunately I couldn't watch this game, I really wanted to watch it but due to a commitment I have to settle for the rerun of the best moves of game.
For those who still don't know, the game ended in a 1x1 tie, my bet was for a 2x1 victory for Flamengo... so it didn't take long for it to materialize.
From what I read, Flamengo may have won the game, but the coach chose to save players for the Copa do Brasil and with that, Palmeiras continues with an 8-point advantage in the championship competition.

It was time for Flamengo to make a decision. There was a choice to be made either to go for a win in this match or to save players for the COPA do Brazil match. It is difficult for me to say whether or not this was the right decision that was made. The problem is they could choose either option and either option could be seen as both good and bad.

Anyway, what I am going to say is that this was the positive result that they got. It was at least a draw for them in this match, which means they will be able to play the Copa do Brazil with their strongest squad available to them. As a result, I do not consider this to be too bad.

I didn't see the game either, but I would have liked to.
But from the comments I heard at the end, it seems that the draw turned out to be a fair result for both teams, for the work that both did in the game.

As I said, I didn't see the game, but do you really think the coach was saving players? I think the Brasileirão is more important than the Cup. To make that kind of savings is almost to say that you hand over the championship to Palmeiras.

The game that everyone was looking for was between the leader palmeiras and the previous number two flamengo it was a really competitive and intense game flamengo took the lead after half an hour but palmeiras managed to equilize on the second half, this result will benefect palmeiras team since they are keeping an 8 points gap ahead of their closest follower a win would've sealed the title in my opinion but even a draw is really good for them.
