I still didn’t recover my loss on my last session on monopoly bingo and I can’t move on thinking that I never win any single card on betting on it. There's a safe zone to save your progress to the next level. I think you need to meet a certain wagering volume for the month to save your progress. There's a notification on the top part of the loyalty page that indicates if you are already on the safe zone or not.

Level 4 starts to increase the multiplier as benefits which gives more advantage for us to farm faster to the next level with same amount of bet. I think I will need a huge bank roll for my next month target in able to continuosly get this wager for level up. If I'm not mistaken, 30k is the requirement to advance on level 4 which is manageable when playing on low house edge game.

I don't think it's realistic, because you need to pay a dealer fully dedicated to the game, people for monitoring the game and the chat, shuffling cards and cleaning the table along with operators for the video and computing system... For only 7 possible players, betting $1 each round. I don't think one casino could earn money if the game is a classic blackjack with standard rules.
If you switch your money in JPY, you can find tables with 500JPY minimum stake at Pragmatic Play, One Touch and 7 Mojos. It's $3.65 currently.

Players with large bank rolls are fewer than smaller players, and they can choose any table they want while small players are more numerous and have less choice.
