In regards with Surrender Blackjack. It only give a surrender feature during dealer have an Ace which user pay half the price. This is same with the regular insurance, am I missing something here? Because of this comment, I remember the time when I’m playing on evolution gaming while the warning alarm suddenly started. All the dealers get out immediately on the building leaving all the tables empty.

Yap, that's why is a little bit weird while (Ezugi) provider needs time to verify the bet while the bets are being made on (Live-casino) games. The point for (live-games) are being made are to avoid these kinds of topic, because the bets are being deal/made in live front of camera (so they can forfeit, cancel or readjust) the bets. To bad he lost 27,000$ because of that, since the withdraw being held due Ezugi needed to be verified first. Because, fast withdraw (as long user there is no cheating and other) are the one factor gambler needed to avoid rebetting the balance again, IMO Livecasino can take these as their feedback and remove the provider + just stick with the provider with faster verified system like at least (Evolution).

No it's not the same thing, when you take the insurance, you stake half of your initial bet on top of it and if the dealer finally gets a Blackjack you earn 2 times your insurance stake (Insurance pays 2:1) that is to say you won't lose money because the insurance winnings will cover the loss of your initial bet. But if the dealer doesn't draw a blackjack you'll lose your insurance stake.
While when you surrender you don't add any extra stake to your bet, you just leave half of your bet(and keep the remaining half) instead of losing it all if the dealer had a BJ or just a better hand than you at the end.

Thanks for the detailed explanation, The brief description on the game is a bit confusing because it looks like the typical insurance feature but your explanation now make sense and a very good feature as protection for BJ dealer hand. With a high stake bet on Blackjack, BJ hand of dealer is always the worst because of the dilemma getting insurance since the amount involved is high.

Those natural greed makes me satisfied more by imagining things. Sorry comment on old post but another thing to say here about BJ insurance is that it is never recommended. You will increase your house edge even more if you use insurance. This is because probability of natural blackjack is lower than the payout

I'm not sure how it works with surrender, I never played that version but I might check it out next time.

Mate, checks happen in Evolution. For example, when a player reports to customer support that something unusual happened, there was a mistake or etc, we make a check, manually. If there really is a mistake, then Dealer or Shuffler gets a breach for that.
By the way, everything in Evolution is absolutely legit, there are cameras absolutely everywhere and if dealer or shuffler abandons rules, they get punished by not getting a bonus or by leaving the company.

Did you even check the case? The provider make a check for specific amount win (meaning big win). It's not because the game have some mistake and other, I been playing on (Evolution Games). Did you know, In case there has some mistake miss dealing, or other things during the game on Evolution Game. They fixed, stop, making a check, voided the bet at the time you are playing.

Basically, you have instant result check at the time you are playing not after you win and then they check your winnings.

Is it new? Because AFAIK the offices and main studios of Evolution are located in Latvia, in the Riga town AFAIK while main Ezugi's offices and studios are located in Romania, at Bucarest. Maybe Evolution has some of their studios based in Romania because they've studios in several countries and they're sharing those ones with Ezugi but at the end it should concern only few tables and dealers on the overall IMO.
