I haven't read much about it, but I have the feeling that all gambling sites just continue to accept Russian gamblers and that this has not been banned at all. There is also no legislation for it. Before many think that this will crumple them and might this will end the war, but looking at those what they made it shows that this sanctions will never be effective as Putin still have guts to continue this war towards Ukraine. Only the ordinary people are suffering this sanctions and boycotting so for this its not good to support any boycotting on certain Russian business since they are really not the main actor of this war and most of them doesn't like this happening to their country.

All the countries who were putting sanctions on Russia will be asking for oil and gas.
How will this trouble end? Russia is not a weak country - by cutting off trade and putting the Russians in trouble the countries which are dependend on trade will face a very tough time.

They put Russia in sanction thinking Russians will suffer but it seems that they are the ones that is suffering now because they can't get the supply that they want and that supplies are mainly available in Russia. There are little supply from other countries but as soon as that run dry, they will have no choice but to cut the sanctions and welcome Russia to the club again.

For the status of the war, recently there was an update which states that Russians are now backing out. This is a good news. We will only hear one day that Russians have surrendered and accept their defeat, though I don't know if this boycott thing here have helped, as well as the sanctions.

It is already evident that cutting Russia off the supply of things such as mobile phones and cars causes large shortages. In as much other Russian government never ban any gambling site because of what is happening now, then I see no reason why a gambling platform would ban Russians gamblers from using their platform. Every gambling platform is looking for money to make more profits from users. So it is hard for such can of thing to happen. Jumping out of a gambling platform because of boycotting the use of gambling platform owns by Russians looks bad and weak.

Russians as average has small salaries except a few oligarchs who control 99% of the wealth there so there is not much income to be lost for a gambling company but I agree there is no legislation and gambling companies do not care from which country a person is.However big exchanges like Binance has banned a lot of Russian accounts so far but I don't think there will be a rollover into online gambling sites,better to say crypto sites because sites like bet365 it will be difficult for any Russian civilian to keep accounts there because as far as I know their headquarters are in Europe,and Europe has put sanctions against Russia.

They will not place in that position if they had nothing also Putin will not get any guts if he is not prepared for this so for sure they already set things out and can able to survive even if many country sanction them. They have the important resources which can hurt the global economy so I think for that Putin is laughing on those country who impose sanction to them because for what we see the price of oil soar up so high. All of us want to see the light and peace as soon as possible. But it should be within those affected people and in the middle of the war, the war should stop asap.
Because it's the damage that it's done not just on the entire land but also to the mental health and minds of those people is going to live there forever. I think that at this point it is safe to say that Putin does not care at all about the well being of the Russian population, he wants to achieve his goals and nothing is going to stop him, which is why I am worried because the only way to stop the war would be by removing Putin from power, but I doubt the population can do this alone and they will need the armed forces in order to do that, however that is also a risk as you never know who will end up holding the power and it could be someone even worse than Putin.

I could not say if Putin wants something in particular, there is a lot of speculation as to what Putin wants, now there are more countries that are around Russia that have said they want to join NATO taking advantage of the disorder and I think this could ignite Russia much more Russia, so he can divert the fight from Putin, because he doesn't want the countries attached to Russia to join NATO, so I don't know if these countries would support a total repulsion of Russian sites, be it gambling or any other type of business, but I think this will bring much more problems and more anger from Putin, who I hope will not do anything crazy.

Having a war is quite expensive because of the things they need to maintain and produce such as the different weapons, defensive items and etc. I guess having a ware is not ideal with the community of te particular country, is there any update between the current situation of the both country?. its been a while they make a news with this.
