Mbappe basically carried the French team. I dare to say they wouldn't be able to even get to overtime without him, not to mention penalties. It wouid've ended in 90 minutes and Argentina would've been the champions with ease. Nobody else in French team would be able to get the team to 3 goals. Best case scenario for France Argentina would win in normal time 3-1.

That said it was a very emotional match. Now I read that France blames the referee for their loss. They're sore losers. The referee gave them 2 penalty kicks after fouls and only one to Argentina so he actually helped them more than he did the other side and they still couldn't win. Congratulations to Argentina! Brazil really have a squad full of skilled players. Even when they rotate the lineup we still see very good players on the field just as it is now. Cameroon were able to do nothing against them in the first half which was a nightmare for Cameroon when we think they need a win in this. But they have started to pull themselves together in this half. Brazil are still effective though so it doesn't seem like Cameroon can get a win here easily. Brazil just don't look at it like they have guaranteed qualifying for next round and they are done now. They just continue to fight for a win every time.
