I am very happy that my supported team won the World Cup and took the World Cup away from a strong team like France.  And Messi's lifelong dream has come true.  Because till now he was known as a famous player but he could not hold the world cup in his hand and could not win the world cup.  But this year will be a memorable year in his life.  He won the trophy from the World Cup today

The best gift for Messi at the end of the year and at the end of his career in Argentina. this is a very crucial moment even though the golden boot cannot be won but at least in this case he can still be happy with his victory.
On the other hand, for France, they have also struggled even though this is actually like the Argentina vs Mbappe match, but their relentless performance deserves a thumbs up.

What a match. One of the best I've seen. Incredible comeback from France, Argentina playing slow, like they got tired by a great performance in the first half. I couldn't believe they got outplayed so fast in that second half, but overall I'm happy they managed to finally get the well deserved win after so many years.
Both teams were great. I thought France had bigger chance of winning but I secretly rooted for the underdog.

People who bet big money on Argentina had a really tough time. It felt like a rollercoaster ride.

France had their first goal attempt after 70 minutes. But despite this horrible performance, that penalty brought them back to life. Mbappe's very quick second goal changed everything. If Argentina didn't still defeat them by penalties, Otamendi and Montiel were going to be at fault for that result for sure. The goalkeeper Martinez also deserved to be the player of the game I think. Because he saved two penalties in the penalty shootouts.

Congratulations to Argentina.  Because after so much effort, FIFA World Cup 2022 has been decided as Qatar Championship.  France and Argentina have worked so hard in this place that it is beyond imagination.  However, France had to work hard to lose their victory as they failed to score despite many attacks towards the end.  But basically the game was a draw but Argentina won on penalties.  It is very difficult for France to lose all the hard work.  The horror of this game today will be written in gold letters in history. He also came close to winning the golden boot but Mbappe who was his colleague at PSG really deserved this one. It really was a match of penalties.

First it was that Argentinian foul that was completely unnecessary and got France their first goal and then they had a second one after that "Argentinian hand job" by Montiel which also was a bad, unneeded mistake. It felt like Argentina was working hard and then giving away the advantage by making stupid fouls and getting penalized.

It was extraordinary that in this final France was left behind and in the end Mbappe played an important role for his team by scoring a hat-trick to bring the match into extra time and a penalty shootout as the final decider of the match, but it must be admitted that Argentina deserved to win it E. Martinez really good at saving and being the best goalkeeper I think this is the most crucial final match I have ever watched.

I'm sensing the first goal of France would be a disaster for Argentina, it seems by a few matches back, we can see a conceded goal at a crucial time will make Argentina lose its momentum. I already had a thought at the back of my mind that it's not yet too late for the France to comeback from the 0-2 deficit after the halftime and I don't really believe that they cannot score and will just wait until the game is finished with no goal on their behalf. This is the championship rounds, so that's really unlikely.
Luckily, Mbappe got the first goal during the penalty kick and got an opening few minutes later which tied the score into 2-2, until both teams got 3-3.

I agree, Martinez deserves some credits because he was the one who saved the team and brought a win. Congratulations again Argentina!

Argentina deserved the victory. Despite conceding two goals in the second half the still found a way to recover. We now have two different world cup winners for the last two world cups (2018- France and 2022- Argentina). PSG keeps signing and producing world cup winners, each year a big player is signed. Mbappe deserve any praise he receive a hat trick in a match as hot as the 2022 finals is a super achievement. Congratulations to the golden boat winner, the golden ball winner, the golden glove winner and the silver ball winner. They all deserved their win.
