I doubt that you will get much feedback from other casino owners as they are your direct competitors but you can see what they do and then try to imitate them to the best of your abilities.

Along with many others here I'm not a casino owner, but I'd say the key to anyone starting out is to aim for a low budget launch. Casinos can be rather privileged because many times a player will not know whether there are 1 or ten thousand other people using the site at the same time. If you have someone who has a creative brain - there are many ways to advertise for free via social networks, commenting sections, working with review sites, well researched articles or just having a link in your own signature while doing a lot of posting. It'll take a slow and consistent approach which may take over a year to start seeing decent results, but perseverance is key in this game and will help build up your trust over time.

Speaking of Bankroll then it would vary because when it comes to finances then each does have different level when it comes to that so there's no definite answer to this one but of course gambling business would
really be requiring huge sums considering that there are lots of things to be set up for you to make a good operation or service in the community speaking with gambling games.
In towards with marketing then most companies do really start up with signature campaigns and as some addition then it would be talking with some good promotion on aggressive side.

we have seen a lot of casino advertised here in bitcointalk with several type of promotions.
first of all... understand what if the best feature for a gambler and try to differentiate from the others for that reason.
with the forum you can launch a lot of useful promotions (signature campaign are the most used) but the limit is your fantasy.

Most of the new casinos that I've been seeing right now, lack of marketing. A very few become successful with their little marketing and that's the truth.
