If you are a sole proprietor of your casino. I suggest you grow your company first as a team. You cannot just handle the casino by yourself and expect it would grow more. There are tons to consider such as support, maintenance, and even with the legal side of operating an e-gambling platform. If you can do it alone then I salute you, but there will really be instances that you need some people to work for certain factors to maintain a good quality platform. I cannot really suggest that you would focus on advertisement, it is kinda easy when you post one ANN thread in here then let the users try your platform. This forum is a big help but other options are also available, like advertising especially on google ads if its still allowed because the site will be exposed to social media accounts, gmails and on Youtube. Having that social media accounts are also a big help to advertise the site most of the crypto gambling site right now have this advertisements, they are pretty successful on that. Advertising your site is necessary, you can't attract gamblers if you don't have any advertisements, some site have a big budget on this.

Personally I have always thought that it is a bad idea for a casino to release their own token because as soon as the price goes down then the casino customers will get mad  for what is happening and they will feel alienated it.

However an intense marketing campaign is necessary in order to have success in the gambling market, however this is difficult to sustain for the long term as the rest of the casinos are doing the same, so unless a massive amount of money is used as seed capital then I would say that most people would be wasting their time by trying to create their own casino.

Other way is to hire a marketing manager - but be very careful while hiring a manager because there is so much saturation in freelancing that you hardly get the real manger - people get the money and then they do not complete the task. SO if you are Small business Owner - marketing is a big thing which should not be avoided.
