I am not sure why everyone only speaks about bounty managers and not about other marketing person. There are a lots of forums and website which are good for marketing like insta, fb, youtube, tiktok which are good for marketing as well.. But no-one is mentioning that.

Most likely this happens because that is the more obvious option as we are in this forum and we know of the existence of signature campaigns, however you are right there are many ways to promote a casino and social media websites are key as casinos can reach millions of gamblers with a single post for free, which is something almost impossible to do with any other media.

Another good option is to try to hire celebrities for your casino, since people love celebrities, a casino that can hire someone that is easily recognizable will gain a lot of clients just because of that business relationship.

it's not about marketing those casinos on social media that is the problem but they need a corporate site like bitcointalk which has a daily inflow of members where they can get guaranteed that members of this forum will not only give a click, but they will as well give a try on the casinos, people tend to believe that whatsoever that comes from a reliable forum like this is legit enough and of a great standard to an extent because of the reputation here on the forum, that's why you see most of the advertising companies are secured enough to be trusted when advertised on the forum like this which has millions of users finding solutions here.

I will launch my first casino in a few months and I was curious how do you advertise it? How much bankroll you had when you opened your first casino? Have you learned from your mistakes and if yes, what mistakes cost you a lot of money?

I have no idea what the budget is but I will give you my thoughts on how you can acquire as many players as possible from the get-go.

Create accounts on all social platforms. (Meta, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Forums, Telegram channels)
Try to be active on all of them.
Instagram and Twitter can get you some players and brand recognition.
TikTok is only good for reach and brand awareness. It can't get you many conversions.
Forums because of a lot of already established gambling communities and you can buy signatures and ads for them. It won't hurt if you could create your forum for players.
Telegram channels. Good for live challenges.

The topic for itself but if you can create comfortable accommodation for the user to be entertained in the way of site promotions, races, chat, and giveaways, it can bring an uncountable number of players.

Influencers
You can try to bring influencers in a few ways, some of them are either to pay for the service or convince them to become affiliate partners with you. I would personally go for the second option because you can become long-term partners and with revenue sharing, you don't have to pay them in advance and use that money for something else. Create good promotions that will engage users to deposit money and wager. Some of the ways of doing that is giving them a chance to earn a large sum of money or get something correlated with influencers such as signed merch, etc.
If you are paying them then it should be for streaming services. You can choose between Youtube and Twitch. I prefer Twitch but if you can by law accept players from the Balkan region then go also with Youtube. There are also brand ambassadors. Usually some successful sports person but sometimes it can be a high reach influencer. Pay them to post stories of parlays on your sportsbook with the attached link to your website plus post pictures in your merch with your social media tags.

Find websites that promote and rate other casinos, and try to become affiliate partners.

As for the money part, you shouldn't start a business if you don't have enough resources to pay out affiliates, bonuses, marketing, administrative costs, and salaries for at least six months to a year.

I think twitter is more wider in adaptivity, when it comes to hashtags and sharing images and videos. If you own a casino, you should know how to advertise it well although you live in such country. If you do not dare to advertise it, why do you even own a casino. Not all social media platforms would be an effective way to advertise any casino site since not all of their users arent into gambling. I would prefer gambling-related platforms and forums which discuss things about gambling that also have a huge number of target players. A good advertising strategy has a huge positive impact on the site and could also help in building up a good reputation.
