Yeah, both facebook and google allow you to post ads for the intended targeted audience but they do restrict gambling ads as they think that gambling is not a healthy activity and those ads should not be viewed by the minors. You may try to search Facebook gambling groups but then why not focus on bitcoin talk only as there are a lot of gambling users on this platform and the money spent on signature campaign here never goes in vain.

No social media has their restrictions - in particular insta most of the time they delete the post - marking it scam.

It depends on the way you try to catch the fish in a wide ocean. If you do not know how to catch the targeted fish effectively, yes it would be wasting time and money only but if you know how to do it effectively then you will be able to catch the fish easily. Talking about this forum, I doubt that we have so many gamblers here. There are some gamblers indeed but not that much, because of members here are bounty hunters instead of gamblers.
