Yep, we haven't hit $30k yet and are already into April. If you expect a new ATH this year, it's really hard, but for bitcoin to hit 40k-45k, I still think bitcoin will get there. But not this month or next, bitcoin needs more time, maybe Q3 or early Q4. But even if we see $45k, that doesn't mean it doesn't have a chance to drop to 30k or even 20k again. It's all about prediction and how we can sure that Bitcoin will not reach $45k in this year. It is not yet middle of the year and we can see good move from Bitcoin. Though economic condition of most of the countries is not going well. Sometime we can get extra from our expectation and I believe $45k is very much possible for Bitcoin.

Despite no serious bull in the market for sometime,  I am thinking to buy more because the price at which bitcoin is right now I can be able to afford it. I planned buying when the price was at 40$ , the amount of bitcoin I planned to buy is a small quantity which if the market eventually go dip i may lost 30% of it. Your plan is good but always set a plan B,because in crypto we did not know the exact time of rising,and if it fall we did not know also when the perfect time,but if we have patience we can surely earn on it because we will not sell at loss and we can hold it for a long term.
