"Client Trading with Cryptsy support"

does this mean edge coin will trade coins with people on cryptsy?

can you explain this please?

It means you can use cryptsy, in the client.

so you still send your coins to cryptsy?? you just do the trading in the client apposed to on the website? if so i am immediately not investing in this coin...

If you are investing in anything that speaks of a truly decentralized exchange that isn't MSC, XCP, BTS, NXT, or ETHER, you are probably being scammed.

Honestly, the fact that din admitted the exchange is simply an implentation of cryptsy's api is the only reason i did invest (through anon136's escrow of course).

Din is promising MINT 2.0 with a fancy wallet.  That is all this is.

If something sounds too good to be true, it probably is.  The odds of a random anonymous dev popping up with a working decentralized exchange out of the blue are next to nil if you spend 5 minutes contemplating the complexity of that undertaking.

The early investors in nxt really won the lottery. And not one with a positive expected ROI. They were just freaking lucky. It was an smart decision ex post but completely moronic ex ante IMO. Ill be even more surprised if lighting strikes twice.

Oh for sure.  I am not expecting a NXT level of ROI by investing in this.  Anyone expecting that is naive.

Like I said, I am looking at this like MINT with a fancy wallet, and thats all it needs to be to make 5-10x my ROI.  Thats all I'm hoping for.

Wallet looks good. what is the percentage of stage 2?
can you draw of Pie chart for each period like EXO?

It's a 60/40 split, it says so quite largely at the top of the OP post.

Anyway, maybe this is better.

(image)

i highly recommend just doing a multiplier. round 1 = input * 1.6. round 2 = input * 1.4. I say that because of the complications witnessed in exo coin.

DinEDG - Did you make a decision on this yet? Sorry if I didn't see it.

I'd also recommend you take Anon136's approach. Rewarding early investors more than late investors is fine (and using the 1.6/1.4 multipliers does that), but having early investors getting arbitrarily more EDG per BTC than late investors will just cause more people to scream 'scam'.

(Before any early investors vocally disagree, you shouldn't just consider what maximises your own number of coins, but also the credibility of the coin).

Sticking with a 60/40 percentage split. That's what people invested on, not on multipliers. I won't screw people over like that just because a few want more.

Thanks.

It is a new algorithm that makes mining use less electricity and generate less heat. That is part of why it is so popular because in the summer cooling overheating mining rigs that are pushed to their limit becomes a big problem. In hotter areas of the world it is extremely important for miners.
