Quick question(s) - while we wait -
Do we have to wait until the Launch to send you our EDG Addy from Client/Wallet.
OR
Can we create an Addy in Beta and send that to you.
ALSO
- while on TESTNET
- - will we be able to post EDG addy's here, in this thread, so we can send each other EDG to test the SEND and REC'V function(s)??
30 minutes and counting :-)
I believe they will be getting in touch with the IPO investors to get addresses so we do not have to worry about posting and hoping they get all the posts down |

This beta test is primarily to test our mining functions. Some of the other tabs/features are disabled in this release (it's not the first) and it's not terribly stable. I'll be making note of this on the first page, throughout the thread, and on twitter when the PW is released. |

I did not have confirmation for my IPO.. I sent a mail and also here. Could you please confirm : I just made a 0.2btc transfert to your btc address 1KFtdiVELBcaVtaueqf8RJBkoZnjHbshKA for the Edgecoin IPO second stage
TX id : 7f1b718d064c6d21bc7bdb80991cf02240f77251b56573c5d0321c51b2d51cb8 if you sent after 4pm EST yesterday then the IPO was already closed I send on april 15th and post after that (end of page 29 of this thread) IPO was still open. Dev, could you confim please !! Ok, i found it on blockchain, but IPO list really needs to be updated. What is the point of the beta testing (for miner like us i mean) ? I mean, will we keep the coin mined, or is it for testing only ? Mining will be possible on pool or only from the wallet? sorry for the noob questions |

I think I'm gonna see if I can REMOTE mine this Wallet on my intranet.
Should be interesting and fun :-)
Mining Rig in one room and Wallet on another computer.
I've tried before with other coins but since it was SOLO mining I never seen any results - lol
Might have to poke around the .conf file a bit -
Anybody have thoughts about this?
You should probably begin by mining it in standard fashion before moving on to more advanced testing |
