I already had a total of 4K in withdrawals earlier in the week. So according to their terms what was left on the limit was $6000 total for the week. Their limits are max 10k/week and 20k/month. So assuming they do pay out I’ll be able to receive another 10k starting next week.
It's still an insane good amount of money 20k each month if they intended to pay it out but depends on how their business is, they might back off from this deal as I don't think they can pay all of it to begin with and is just trying to stall as much time to retain their reputation. Anyway let all of us know if they will honor the remaining 6k for this week
I don't want to speculate or give OP a bad scenario but what if this happens to another guy where he won let's say $50k and they only allow $10k maximum per week, the maximum weekly withdrawal will be divided and they will adjust his withdrawal and it will take longer than OP's calculation, although this scenario cold happens I still wish OP the best and he'll get his money and Rocketpot honor their commitment.

I also thought the same thing, this limit of 20,000$ is definitely not a good sign, this casino is bankrupt

I don't think they are bankrupt, at least not with these withdrawal limits, but maybe I am wrong here!

It's an insane amount to receive $20k each month, but I think in this case it's not fair! A player won and he should be able to do whatever he wants with his money! As OP stated, waiting the next 8 months to complete the withdrawal is frustrating, but I guess it's how the casino keeps the player in the house, giving him the opportunity to return some amount!

I would definitely choose another place for gambling for the next 8 months! I had a few situations when I needed to wait for withdrawal for days, usually what happens is that in one moment I lose the entire bankroll! I can only imagine what would I do if I need to wait 8 months, more or less!

The only problem for this case, the process time of the withdraw. Even @OP only can withdraw 20K$ every month, as long the withdraw is fast like most casino promotion while they told us "Any withdraw would be process" fast.

IMO, Rocketpot should make @OP account are qualified for fastest withdraw

Their terms state all withdrawals will be processed within 24 hours. It’s been over that now since I requested the $6000 withdrawal as I was instructed to do. I was told yesterday by Sofia who’s their vip manager it would be today latest. I’ll be giving reasonable time, but also taking any action necessary asap. With all my proof and evidence and them even agreeing my winnings were legit(see previous update).  Black and white, it looks like rocketpot is further delaying to not pay out what is rightfully mine.

Based on that terms they already cannot keep up with what they are promising, their being absence is questionable although there are no complaints against Rocketpot as far as I know this one is big that it depends on what road they are going to take, will they choose to not pay you and just close or pay and build their reputation as a casino that can fulfill its promise even the amount is huge, it's their decision where they are heading.

I would suggest that you wait a little bit longer. Although the casino staff promises that withdrawals will be processed within 24 hours, the casino may not always follow through on that promise. In some cases, withdrawals are often not processed for two days or more, but I think it's worth it to wait for a few days. Of course, if you are seeking to get your money as soon as possible, you can try other options, but I personally doubt that they will be very effective.

When and how was your last conversation with their VIP manager Sofia or any other staff from their casino?
Have you received any email from them about the withdrawal? This has been a day of being delay right? It's a fair thing to write a scam accusation to them, but it's not that big serious for a 1 day delayed withdrawal, though it is really an issue. My input for you is that, you might want to wait more hours and probably up your issue to their representatives every couple of hours. I hope them to process your withdrawal very soon.

Last conversation was 12 hours ago and when I was told to request the $6000 it was 24 hours before that. So total 36 hours as elapsed. They work at a different time zone CET I believe so I litterally have to be up at 1-2 am my time just to speak to Sofia. The reason I posted now is cause it’s night time for them and their “teams” are done for the day. So it’s gonna take a further 12 hours at least.  Last convo with Sofia 12 hours ago was just me saying I haven’t received the $6000 yet nor got an email from the manager. She said she would ping them again and that was the end of the convo. Further contacts of live support recently to try and talk to Sofia I’m being told she’s not available. They have a 24/7 live support but that’s the only thing that’s 24/7 and their normal support doesn’t have the power to do anything. TBH their customer support isn’t the best and their email support is even worse

Look, to be clear I was never a fan of Rocketpot, if you read through their announcement thread you will probably get a clear indication on my views about them but I have to agree with FatFork. You should show a couple of days patience, give them the benefit of the doubt.

Right now there are still positives to look upon because Rocketpot have been in contact and have stated they will allow you to withdraw but within limits of their Terms of Service. I always was under the impression it was a one-man-band so to read other names as their representatives (Sofia) is a surprise because they do not have brand name, a reputation and are not discussed widely within the gambling or crypto community but keeping that aside, I would advise you to wait until Monday morning before you post back to state they have not allowed you to withdraw the $6000.

It's my first time seeing a casino that has weekly withdrawal limits of 10K. I don't know their maximum win limit, just imagine if someone or your account grew to half a million dollars. How long would he have to wait to withdraw all that amount?

My hope is that you don't wager again for now. I have seen cases of people lose all their winnings while they waited for the withdrawals or their KYC verification to be approved.

I think it would be 8 months if things goes smoothly.  I can understand the strategy behind the withdrawal limit of a casino.  They wanted to delay the withdrawal so that player can be tempted to play again and possibly lose his bankroll.  It is also an anti-belly-up strategy so that casinos can continue to operate since they have a not so large fund.

My hope is that you don't wager again for now. I have seen cases of people lose all their winnings while they waited for the withdrawals or their KYC verification to be approved.

Same here, and if ever he is tempted then I hope he wins an even bigger amount.  That should teach that casino a lesson  Grin

Ha I feel they are purposely delaying things in hoping that I actually go and use the balance to play. I will not be though, I feel like at this point there’s no point. Either I lose some of the balance or I make more taking even longer to get all the balance out following their withdrawal policy or I make so much, say 500k giving them more incentive to not pay out. So the way I see it is playing with the funds right now is a lose,lose scenario

Many gamblers faced a situation like this, they are waiting for the withdrawal to get unlocked and while waiting they're tempted in the hope that their earnings increase or they are just tempted to play and then eventually lose everything, you are now in that scenario if this happens Rocketpot will be saved from paying you, so have the courage and do not be tempted to play at least wait to get half of your winnings, before playing.

I understand the feeling of being left hanging and this is not only frustrating but it causes anxiety if they are going to pay, they will be going to pay right away with what they promised, so they can see a different discussion and shift to their favor, the worse thing is they will accuse you of ruining their reputation so they will have a reason not give you all your winnings, I hope I'm wrong and they will eventually pay, or they will just go down as another casino losing their reputation because they cannot pay their players.

i used to play for some time on this site, and all the withdrawals went well, but your story is just terrible... wont use this site any more! wish you a lot of luck and the good end of this story!

Last conversation was 12 hours ago and when I was told to request the $6000 it was 24 hours before that. So total 36 hours as elapsed. They work at a different time zone CET I believe so I litterally have to be up at 1-2 am my time just to speak to Sofia. The reason I posted now is cause it’s night time for them and their “teams” are done for the day. So it’s gonna take a further 12 hours at least.  Last convo with Sofia 12 hours ago was just me saying I haven’t received the $6000 yet nor got an email from the manager. She said she would ping them again and that was the end of the convo. Further contacts of live support recently to try and talk to Sofia I’m being told she’s not available. They have a 24/7 live support but that’s the only thing that’s 24/7 and their normal support doesn’t have the power to do anything. TBH their customer support isn’t the best and their email support is even worse
I'm sorry that it's taking you too long but usually, the active live chat supports are limited when it comes to their powers and they can only report it to the higher ups.

But your case is already there and should have been done and processed already. Whatever is taking them long with the confirmation and release of your withdrawal, it's their problem and it's not odd because I've seen some casinos that has also done this.

I hope that your wait will be worth it and it's going to be released soon.

Insane withdrawal rules, this indicate that they don't have enough money to cover up the huge winnings of their gamblers
Withdrawal limit is lower compared to other casinos but I would not say it is insane. It just goes to show they know their liquidity and it's good that they are transparent about it.

The amount of withdrawal is not the issue here. It's whether or not his winnings were legitimate and it was already confirmed that it is. It's also stated in their TOS that they have a limit so it's up to these whales to play there.

Ha I feel they are purposely delaying things in hoping that I actually go and use the balance to play. I will not be though, I feel like at this point there’s no point. Either I lose some of the balance or I make more taking even longer to get all the balance out following their withdrawal policy or I make so much, say 500k giving them more incentive to not pay out. So the way I see it is playing with the funds right now is a lose,lose scenario
as they are looking at your game History? then surely at least they expect  you to gamble the funds but personally ? if i am in your position ? how could I dare gambling more when they are keeping delays of withdrawals?

I have seen same problem in the past when the person involved because of his addiction in gambling and the long delays? he kept playing until  he had lose everything and now hated that gambling site more than anything.

i used to play for some time on this site, and all the withdrawals went well, but your story is just terrible... wont use this site any more! wish you a lot of luck and the good end of this story!
we cannot compare our experiences from others because sometimes ? it is randomly chosen and sadly? it is OP that become one lol.

UPDATE. Tried contacting support to speak with vip manager “Sofia” for an update was told she doesn’t work weekends and was also now told I’ll be updated via email and my case is being reviewed by the “financial manager”. See pic https://imgur.com/a/H049Zy2

As of now, still no payout received from rocketpot.io and they continue to delay…
