Rocketpot.io refusing/delaying to pay out 170k win.

^ Through my previous Eth withdrawals on their casino in the blockchain it actually says the Eth balance of the wallet that sent the funds which is over 2800+ equaling over 3 million dollars. Now I don’t know if all that’s theirs or not, but that’s just the etherum. Idk what’s in the Bitcoin or other crypto wallets, but assuming that it’s theirs they should have no problems paying this out. As for waiting till Monday please refer to beginning of post and check out my updates

May be the problem is that they calculate eth commissions? I see that the manager tells to withdraw 6k but may be she doesn`t know or doesn`t about it? Is it possible to change withdrawal sum to 5k for example?

They are inactive here in the forum, the best thing to do next is to find their license and location where they operate, most probably you can raise your concern on their regulators but if there's no license and they are not cooperating anymore, negative trust and red flag might still help until you get their attention again. This is a huge money, and even a small promise can't still be paid, something is wrong with this site hopefully gamblers will find this issues and leave the site as soon as possible.

From what I recall, their representative was their owner/operator and he was fairly active in the initial stages of the Rocketpot website going live but then posted more and more intermittently. Then there was the issue of bankroll investors being delayed for unacceptable periods while trying to withdraw and even then he posted here very irregularly.

I think the Rocketpot owner probably concluded that he is not really getting traffic to his website as a result of this forum and decided to focus less of his time here.

If the OP does not have any news to update within the next couple of days I would definitely support a flag and would leave Rocketpot negative trust but for now he should afford them time and be patient especially after they have stated they are in the process of allowing him to withdraw his funds with daily limits based on their Terms and Conditions.

I doubt that. If they can't even pay something like 6 grand quickly, how would they manage to pay over 150 grand in a short span of time? The answer is obvious at this point which is that they scammed op and don't care about the consequences.

What you said is correct if it is based on them being scammers. Right now, I have not seen anything concrete to suggest Rocketpot are scammers. I think regarding the previous issues they had when a forum member was trying to withdraw her bankroll but was facing difficultly but eventually did do it - even that time I think there could have been more to the situation on part of Rocketpot. Maybe there have been financial issues for a long time because they are not exactly a big website with huge wagers being placed and huge traffic coming their way.

I hope Rocketpot do not eventually scam the OP.

I seems you are not the only one having issue with Rocketpot.io, because here below is another complaint of someone explaining how Rocketpot.io blocked his/her account after refusal to process payment. Of which taking this topic to Scam Accusation will be the best place and thing to do right now, together with laying a complain on Askgamblers.com because 170k is actually a huge sum of money that can actually change ones life for good.

I won 19.25mbtc with Rocketpot casino and received an email asking for verification. I sent in the documents they asked and received an email back saying that my account has been verified and that I can request a withdrawal. That is what I did, however, I did not receive my withdrawal for a while so contacted live support. At first live support told me to wait an email from rocketpot but I told them I had already received an email that my account has been verified. The live support checked info and told that everything was ok and I would receive my withdrawal by the end of the day. This did not happen and the next day when I tried to log in my account was closed. Now they are not replying to me.

I think we shouldn't be too hasty here. It's only been a few days and there is still a good chance that they will honor their agreement and allow him to withdraw. Especially after they stated they were in the process of approving his winnings. Creating a flag and painting Rocketpot red will always be an option, but let's see how things develop first.

There's an existing complaint already that is very much similar to OP, you can read that if you backread, we are not aware of that existing thread and I'm sure OP is not aware of that too, but I hope his experience is very much different from the first complainant, and it will be a happy ending, we don't want to see something like this, it's hard to win on gambling if you did win you want to get it and enjoy your winning, for Rocket this is their defining time, let OP receive his withdrawals and people will continue to trust them, of course, they should be more active here.

I agree. It's sad to see players like op get screwed when such big wins are rare in the gambling world. So many gamblers lose their hard earned money to the house which is why the reverse happening now and then inspires gamblers as long as they receive their winnings without any issues.

I must say, I like the proactive approach you've resulted in laying your complaints as opposed to your first trier. I have taken the time to go through most of your comments on the issue and given by the time of the thread creation and live chats with there vip support line @Sofia dating back to 30th of June, I would say you don't play into this there game by doing this:

I had a similar issue once and I don't which to name the casino but, I tried a withdrawal tha was far less than yours but still took about a week to come through in what was supposed to be 24hhours. I could see the processing transaction and the fee fluctuation on it for which I accorded blames until it was successful. So, you can assume the worst and give it time to play out. Hope they pay though!

I believe Lilacthrow123 said that their withdrawal limit is $10k per week. Although, after reviewing their terms and conditions, I realized that you are not far from the truth.

11.5. If you win $10,000 or more, we reserve the right to pay a maximum of up to $10,000 per week and $ 20,000 per month until the full amount is settled.

That means if they stick to that rule, it will take more than 7 months to withdraw the full amount.

So so far I’ve received $16k of the $170k+. Good news is there was no delay in the $10k payout for this week.  Unfortunately still have no direct answer or confirmation from rocketpot if they will be paying out and honoring the full 170k+ in winnings waiting on the appropriate manager update for that. Now following their withdrawal limits I am waiting till next week to request another $10k to see if this continues. Will post further updates and every payment received on here

Congratulations you deserved it, since you already got your first installment it's better to lock the thread in this thread and change the title of the thread on the scam section to something acceptable, this is in fairness to Rocketpot.io, you still have a very long way to receive all your winnings, you have to help them get their reputation back, if they continue to be in profit you will continuously receive your payout.

If you have received $16,000 out of the $170,000 claimed then it is a step forward in the right direction by Rocketpot. Until they confirm they will honour the amount you are claiming ($170,000) you will not be able to have peace of mind. Give them a little more time to make that a statement of fact.

I think you're good. Saying your wins were legitimate and honoring their promise to pay you the weekly/monthly limit is already a confirmation that they intend to pay you the whole amount. It's just a matter of whether or not they will fulfill their obligation. There is nothing in their TOS that says they can only pay a maximum amount of $xxx,xxx to every player.
