Belgium has little chance against Sweden. Sweden is the number 2 on the current world ranking, but is not playing great in this tournament yet. They are lucky that they came 1st in their group, otherwise they could play against France tomorrow. Belgium has little to lose. Strange that the differences in countries between men and women are so great. Belgium is one of the best men's teams in the world and Sweden around 20-30. And it's the other way around for women. What a dramatic ending in Sweden - Belgium game. Sweden managed to score only on additional time and got ticket to semifinal against England. Sweden dominated game, but defense (or parked bus) of Belgium was very effective. It's a bit sad that Belgium didn't managed to send game to extra time, after defending so well for 90 minutes they deserved it.
Last remaining 1/4 final between France and Netherlands should be very interesting. I predict that 90 minutes won't be enough to find winner.

when they say that in sports sometimes being lucky counts a lot for victory, they are not lying. Belgium conceded a goal just at a time when the game was about to end. I don't know if this is due to the tiredness of the players or a serious failure in the defense to the point of conceding a goal when the game was about to end, it's a sad situation. and I get annoyed with these kinds of situations, because the person makes a bet and just when they're already celebrating, a goal comes in when there are a few minutes left for the game to end

For last match on quarterfinal recently i just bet on Sweden this because they have good records even since 2021 until reach to this tournament Sweden has won 13 times from their recent 15 matches and only Ireland and Netherlands that they can't beat so i think no wonder if they are the favourite than Belgium especially after won 5-0 against Portugal on the last match from group stage makes people predict they can beat Belgium

Another game where strong favorite has huge problems with the outsider and spoils the nerves of everyone who made a "reliable" bet. I think a lot of people bet on the total or on the victory of Sweden with a negative handicap and in the end they lost.

As I said, it makes no sense to take risks with such low odds - it seems that the bet worked and you got +26% of the bet, but it seems to me that Belgium will easily bring one game out of 4 with such a game, which means that in this pair it was underestimated. By the way, already after the first half, the odds were 1.45 for Sweden to win, and it is obvious that by the end of the game the odds only grew. Lucky is the one who took a chance and bet either after the first half or even later.

Even with the odds not being in their favor, Belgium held Sweden to a fruitless and goalless first half and for the better part of the second half and would have succeeded in taking the game to added extra time if not for the timely intervention of Sembrant who found the net in the extra minutes added and granted them the ticket to the semi's.
 I expect they will do better when they meet England and although the former have a good game record, the Swedish ladies can upset them.

As I have upset game France vs Iceland now feeling this is also going to be not easy for France as the Netherlands is much better side then Iceland they can give some good challenge to them here with most chances game could be in extra time I am having some feeling for playing draw and second 2x for the Netherlands because win for them is not easy but still these ladies can do some hard work, and we have good chance here with some good odds for over.25 is also encouraging.

You could say they were lucky from there because the goal was just before the whistle and this is a good thing for them. But in this match even though I got my money back for being on the side of Sweden I still appreciate the performance of N. Evrard who was in the last line of defense for Belgium.
Some of his saves were really very good and indeed I feel he is MOTM for Belgium in this match despite losing.

Netherlands won't be able to defend title that they won 5 years ago. They got eliminated by France. This game had siilar scenario like yesterdays's Sweden - Belgium. France dominated game, same like Sweden yesterday. One difference - For France 90 minutes wasn't enough to score, they managed to do it only in extra time.
Netherlands didn't managed to make something dangerous during whole game. Even when they needed goal, France attacked more.

I am of a different opinion that the fact that they lost against Germany in the group stage doesn't necessarily make them vulnerable but more make them more prepared as they must have known their errors and will fix it if they should meet Germany again. The game today for me has been the toughest in this quarter final stages of this competition, not am easy game to predict...

 Congratulations to the French team on a well deserved win, I say well deserved because it would have been a shame to have had so many shots on goal and dominated play and still did not win.

It did get into extra time and France managed to earn a penalty which was easily put away by Eve Perisset. They will face Germany in the Semis against whom they are 2-2 head to head. Which has recently turned into a low scoring affair with both teams edging each other out 1-0 in the previous 2 meetings.

Nice thread,  just came to have a view. I don't know why I don't have a strong flare towards female football. Starting from my country to international, I don't think I know the name of any female footballer anywhere. I know it's not good, but I don't know if any other person is in my shoes.
