I won't be taking as many sidebets as I did last season, or stupid ones like the one I took on Liverpool and lost 8mbtc to Hhampuz  (imagine hating Liverpool but secretly praying for them to win games). I don't want to be in that position again this season.

After James Trafford move to Leeds was announced by Fabrizio Romano on Twitter, I thought he would be a great option for me to have as my second choice goalkeeper without realizing that he currently costs 5.0m, FPL have ruined the option of jumping on a big team backup GK options and even bench defenders for instances where the get they transferred to a different team before the beginning of the season, or injuries to the first choices, no more 4.0-4.5m Mamardashvilli, and even if Raya misses the whole season, Arsenal 3rd choice GK still cost 5.0m, while as a matter of fact no outfield defender from Arsenal cost less than 5.5m

I was thinking 5 mBTC with igebotz - letting him finally get the coins he wanted last season. With the caveat that I have already set my team and it is much more formidable than last season's. (unless Haaland pops with goals immediately after a World Cup!)

If I'm playing for 10+ weeks projection, lets say after my first wildcard, I'd rather have Raya at 6.0m than Hincapie or Mosquera at 5.5m, it might be appealing until you start to think about rotation...

I might be on an early wildcard this season, I think I'll be projecting a 5-7 weeks maximum (that's if I have limited early concerns), and at that point I'll be interested in having about 3-4 players that'd probably not be moving from my team all season long, Raya looks a like very viable option right now, but that could change...

Not when Saliba is expected to be out for an extended period of time this season and just like last season, Hincapie is going to have that spot without any competition till Saliba returns ( could be second phase of the season)

I hate to be on an early WC, this is why it's important to plan and project your team for at least 15 GWs

You know neither Kinsky nor Steele are likely to be first choice for their respective teams, it should be Verbruggen and Dubravka..

My team remains the same one that was selected for me by default, the budget still feels not enough for me to work with, but I have clear idea of what backline and combination would look like for the opening week, barring any significant development like coach preference through the preseason and injuries.

it looks a like good year to invest in mid forwards, so many good options inside the 6.0 - 6.5m bracket.

Nothing important from my side just playing around with different Halaand - Palmer -Pedro - Bruno's drafts; these are the already long term locked in players for me and no Gabriel till after WC maybe.

What's the update on Kudus though; he's one of the cheap MIds on my shortlist - is anyone following Totteham matches? I haven't seen a single preseason games.

I didn't think I'd be doing it but I'm considering doing a CLS63 and maybe also not play this one. I've never really been able to do much in improving how much I show up for the GWs in normal times, but I can sense already I'm going to be even more absent this season especially with some work trips coming up where I'm not even sure I'll have connectivity.

These drafts obviously go nowhere, just some means go throw everyone else off balance and get your eyes fixated on players that wouldn’t let your team make much of a difference.

Doing some drafts myself but, just seeing how well I can utilize the budget and the price hikes for some of the assets as we have it. Hope this season is a good one for team Svirus, can’t afford not to get a prize and yeah, Igebotz, you don’t have to hunt me with using my chips, I always leave some for the league.

I don't know what to expect from you this season but one thing is certain; you're going to leave 1-2 chips unused like every season.

You should learn how to plan your chips so you don't use them randomly due to hype and leave out some - you're not CLS63; the luxy bastard knows " how to not use Chips" and still win pools.

So, if a guy scores 10 points and you triplecaptain him, we calculate 30 and not 10 which is basically the chip's value.
If you prefer we calculate just the 10 we can do that as well, we just need to agree on which one we're taking.
