I also had Wood over Joao Pedro in my penultimate draft knowing that Joao Pedro is only going to play for around 70 ishh minutes, but decided to go with Pedro due the huge ownership and didn't want to fall too behind early on differentials.

It's just game day one anyway, I'm not going to rush into any decision just yet, but there will be drastic price drop is a number of highly owned players this week.

I feel like I have all the ones that blanked. Watkins, Pedro, Palmer, Bruno, Wirtz - that's 44,5 mil for 11 points.
All of them had home games, not a single one was even close to a goal or an assist.

If Salah hadn't scored that fluke goal in the last seconds, I'd be sitting on 30 points. Anybody picking at random would have done better - and my team is actually very good, at least on paper.

And I believe it will eventually come to live, I have all those players as well except for Florian Wirtz, but Mateta blanked as well so we probably have the same amount of blank players in attack.

I'm barely above the average 49 points for game week score with the extra 6 I'll be getting Reinildo to bring me to 56 total points.

YouTube videos did a lot of damages to me last season, too many shitty opinions from those kids and you end up doubting your picks and regrets later- they'd tell you A and choose B behind the screen  unsubscribed all this season.

Love what i saw from Bruno today, he's on my watchlist - he appeared too many times in the box, he's going to come good. Cunha was brilliant, Mbuemo was too, but too eager to score he needs to calm off pressure.

My options were seriously between Kudus, Ismaila Sarr, Cherki, Ndiaye and Amad for double 6.5 and seriously in my first draft I had Kudus and Sarr, then went Kudus and Cherki, few minutes made a switch again to Amad, seriously Ndiaye was looking more like been over hyped same fear I have for Joao Pedro. In all my draft had Kudus in it because with both Maddison and Kulusevski out injured for a long time, he will definitely be at everything that Tottenham will have a hand in for the time been.

Just did Konsa to Dorgu, the red card didn't help and he's likely to fall in price before next GW 2, just want to be on the safe side. Manutd next two games are good fixtures, was tempted to go for Yoro after that 12 defensive contributions he had today but I was more impressed with Dorgu attacking threats.

Just gotta watch Mbeumo with side eyes without action at the moment.

Fair move, mate. Dorgu definitely looked lively going forward, and with Konsa’s red plus the price drop risk, it makes sense to jump early. Yoro’s defensive numbers were crazy, but I agree the attacking upside from Dorgu is more exciting for FPL.

Mbeumo’s a tricky one — feels like he’s just simmering, could explode any moment, but also easy to waste a transfer if you move too soon.

I don’t see Mbeumo doing so well in this Manchester United side, is going to have lots of difficulties. I’m not really up for Manchester United assets. Konsa’s red card was a difficult take but, he played good football, make good tackles and I’ll rather have him on the bench until 31st August to have him return than see him out. Already used my transfer to get Ekitike in, I think he would do well in Liverpool and surely would take most of those created chances alongside Salah.

An impressive GW1 with lots of points for those who got it. Still somewhere around the middle, not where I hoped.
