He was my Isak probable replacement for next GW, I sold Rogers yesterday to avoid price drop and to make sure I have 11 strong starting lineup in blank GW 29 without using any chip.  I was tempted to do Isak to Cunha yesterday also now I'm happy I didn't.  Cunha's potential replacement  Matete is also injured; this is going to be a crazy week, and only Isak's recovery can save us all.

- Isak becomes doubtful
- Mateta gets karate-kicked in the head
- Cunha, who I bought to replace Mateta, gets himself sent off.

I like to think that Eddie is now focused more on the Carabao Cup finals and will not risk his best players against West Ham when he knows that the finals is close and that is the closest Newcastle have come to winning something. He will want Isak at his best.

They're only 3 points from the Top 4 position and that's more important than a £100k Carabao Cup final that their chances of winning against Liverpool is low. For the project they want to build, the club needs CL football more than some shitty league cup that won't help them secure tie A players anyway.

I think we are late enough in the season to start ignoring price changes and just do the transfers in last moments with max info available. At least that is the way I always play, free and loose in the begging to build up a bank and not caring much about minus points from transfers and then tightening it up and chasing just the points as season is coming to a close.

Must admit none of these injuries and cards really threw a wrench in my plans so far. Only problem, I don't want to bring anybody except Haaland and I don't have money for him. Probably gonna do Palmer to someone cheap and then Isak to Haaland.

Chelsea's games after  Leicester City is a close one, and City's matches are far too easy, especially for Halaand, who is vying for the Golden Boot.  If Palmer does not pick up against Leicester City, he will also go for me.  I've also been thinking about Halaand for quite some time.

It will only be known after Gameweek 30 when the FA Cup semifinals pairing have been confirmed, the double gameweek will happen most likely in gameweek 34.

I strongly believe that Isak would be good to go for the game against Westham, missing the game against Liverpool was really out of the blue, and even if he does miss out I guess I might just have to do what I have to do.

That's another transfer headache for those who still have him. I took him out before last GW and now I have nothing to worry about.. he was our new Trippier

In that game, it was always going to be more about Newcastle's ability to score goals than them to defend really. Considering the attacking strength of Newcastle, Lewis Hall alone was never going to make a difference. Liverpool were always going to score with him or without him playing.

Awful news,seen it today that Hall wont be able to return until the end of the season and i had him in the squad he gaved me lots of points and now needed to make a transfer because he got injured. Got Arnold so hopefully he plays and does something big. While im still hoping Isak plays this week
