It's always the same. Real Madrid might be having their worst season ever, but then they get to a Champions League game and out of nowhere, they score goals and win games, without anyone understanding how it happened.

They have incredible luck in the Champions League. The strange thing is when they don't win. I don't think even with two buses, it would be difficult to stop for those 10 minutes.

Real Madrid are so jammy!

And yes, I can imagine what a painful experience such an outcome must be for the fans of the losing team. If City actually had any fans, they’d probably faint at the mere mention of Real Madrid.

Thanks my bud. I should have gone higher if I trusted Barca more, but this is the thing with big favorites, you know they will do it half of the time, but is it worth it putting your stakes on them and losing half? And when they do it of course no stakes on them

I know La Liga and all the leagues still going on now but my mind is really focusing on Champions League especially with tasty meetups in store next week!!

I have done relatively well and I doubted I would be in top 10 after these match days yet here I find myself and it looks like going with the favorites and not getting a penalty somewhat until now is paying off. I will keep doing the same although I know one guy with a big upset and all the stakes put to this upset result can directly jump from last place to first place in this competition, yet for me I will go to the end with my new route, going with the favorites.

Mia again? I thought last season success was a fluke - how is he too good in this format and I've been playing from Adam and yet don't know how to avoid PEN; I've gotten two in the last two rounds. There must be something I'm not doing right..

I saved one chip from the previous week - time to put it to good use..

Appreciate this change josue, I think this really is the final improvement for this season, good luck to you, I wish I were more like Cro2, setting traps but I'm really purely looking at good mix of odds, and then setting up myself for Liverpool failure in the end.

I was thinking the other way round here actually. PSG have a fresh team, fewer injuries, Barca might probably play someone out of position at RB, but I just feel everyone on that team and Flick have unfinished business in Champs League.

You can only have 3 max saved stakes (chips, why didn't I think of that haha), so 9 maximum in any given round.

PSG could turn out to be the weapon that could break that their winning streak...Check out the last game that they played against each other than ended with a 2:1 win to PSG.... Barcelona had their complete squad, with the likes of Lewandowski, Rashford, Yamal and the likes yet they weren't able to win against PSG who practically rested majority of their important players.. That game didn't have Dembele or kvaratskhelia in it, but yet they still found a way to win..PSG are very good at dominating a game and even if it controlling that mieldfield better than Barcelona can, I don't think Barcelona may stand a chance unless of course PSG  dosen't play like they usually play..Football still is unpredictable, but I believe that PSG may could still have a higher chance of dominating that game and winning coz this time around am sure that Enrique wouldn't want to take the risk of resting those his important strikers...We could also be seeing Raphinha in the game because he is fit now, don't still think they would still stand a chance...

In this match there is a high chance that Barcelona is going to win PSG, I know that PSG is at home and they are going to have more fans in the stadium, but with the way Barcelona has been playing since the starting of this season, I believe they can win PSG comfortably.

There are several reasons why this might eventually happen. It has always been this way with regard to the Champions League.

The games are in Europe, during the week, and having them at the same time ensures easier organization for both the fans and the teams. Furthermore, in Europe, there are about 3 time zones. Scheduling games at the same time allows for a standardization, and doesn't benefit any team.

It also reduces the possibility of manipulating results.

There are also commercial issues.

A few years ago, there was more consistency in the schedule, with all games at 7:45 PM (GMT+0). Currently, due to the increased number of participating clubs (coming from more countries) and for television commercial reasons, the time has changed to 8 PM and in some cases to another time.

But in general the pattern remains the same, all Champions League games are at the same time.

There are two games at 18:45 or 19:00 and all others either 20:45 or 21:00 and this has been going on from quite some years now so it is not something new. As for people saying the games cannot be manipulated by this format, they are completely wrong as teams know the results of the other games during the first half and can act accordingly to their benefit, for example if a team knows that a team is losing so they don't need to win to qualify they let a draw happen.

It seems Enrique will do with Barcelona what he did with City - he’ll showcase the strength of his side, without any nonsensical rotations or other such trickery, so I reckon PSG will win. And I’m 100% betting on BTTS No, in my view, any odds above 4.0 in high-level matches always offer value. The current odds for Bayern vs. Arsenal are as follows:

I was just looking at it now, is gonna be a super interesting round since we have some really good games in this one.

PSG Barcelona.... difficult to know what is gonna happen, Barcelona seems to be in their best ever since the Messi departure and that is a lot, but PSG is still PSG and they have Luis Enrique who knows how to neutralize this big teams. SO lets see what happens.

Don't remember when exactly when they added slot on 18:45. Usually on this time teams from Eastern Europe play their home games. Itwould be nonsense for them to play in later slot, because in their local time game would start on 11PM or even after midnight.
UEFA never put big games on early slot, for me it's like warmup before evening games.

This match will be the most interesting match tomorrow, and I am sure that everyone is going to prefer watching this match than any other match in the Champions League.

You're right, unless you're Liverpool, Citeh, Napoli or other team fan.
Don't know about others, but usually I tune in another game on second screen in background. This time probably it will be Napoli - Bodo, or Stuttgart - Atletico.

Give me my points buwa 
This was another round of Champions League with plenty goals, and I didnt have the guts to place one or two over 5.5 goal predictions  
Two German teams against sold me out for goals, so I didnt see them as much as I wanted in Dortmund and Stuttgart matches.
Another good performance from Bodo/Glimt, they lost but scored 3 goals at Stadio Diego Armando Maradona is not an easy task.

I want to follow the Como Manchester United game, is gonna be one for the history.
