Whilst my money is on City progressing to the final, my decision has nothing to do with Real Madrid's bad form in the la liga, mind you that it is almost certain that Barcelona are going to be crowned la liga champions in Spain, thus Real Madrid know they are not playing for anything else in the la liga, that is why they have the liberty to rest some of their players, and the reason why they are dropping points so cheaply, it no longer matters to them. Having said that, the CL (and copa del rey) is all that's left for them to play for, thus they'll do everything within their power to keep their players fresh to battle it out with City, a City side still in three competitions and struggling with fatigue.

Correct. Inter Milan have managed to return to their best game this season. Even Lazio had to suffer defeat in Serie A by Inter Milan with a score of 3-1. And now Inter Milan has again managed to rank in the top 4 in the standings. Which proves that they really have made improvements in their attack line which is usually a fatal weakness in the Inter Milan team. So it's not just Inter's defense that is now solid. but Inter Milan's attacking and midfield lines are now much better. Although the accuracy of the attack is still not optimal. but it's much better than before.

Yes, it's true that real madrid in La Liga will be very different from in the champions league because all of that has been planned by real madrid to be more effective in the champions league even though in La Liga real madrid is really bad but I'm sure real madrid and manchester city will be far away better in this champions league.
