I feel like there is a good chance City could win in the second game, that's a good thing that they got a tie in the first game when it was at Madrid. But I still think that there is a bit of an issue right now with what we have, it just doesn't feel like they played to their full strength. I mean think about it, Haaland had nearly no good positions, he had one header that was directly to goalkeeper, and he had one shot deflected by defense, but he created no big threat at all. I feel like Real suddenly became much better, and this is a troubling alarm for City. They need to look a lot better, dominate a lot more as well. Look at the first half hour of the game, how much better they were, and look at the other hour, they were not very close to each other. Real is great and all, but if City wants to win then they can't have any doubt in their minds.

Yes City has a big chance in the 2nd leg after being able to draw at home to Madrid. But it's not easy against Real Madrid in the Champions League, they are quite experienced. Ancelotti really understands and is able to read the movements of opposing players so that it is difficult for Haaland to develop his game. But Real Madrid is not so strong anymore in defense. Modric and Kroos are still able to appear extraordinary, but they are no longer strong enough to play full time. In the second half, his stamina began to look weak so that he was able to be taken over by Kevin De Bruyne and colleagues.

I didn't watch the match so I didn't understand how the match went and how the two clubs attacked each other, it's just that seeing the final result was quite disappointing for me not because I lost the bet but with this result it is clear which team will advance to the final.

It's a shame that the home factor didn't help Real Madrid to take the lead after this first game was over, because a draw at home is the same as a defeat in my opinion because of course when they play away it will be even more difficult for Real Madrid to win.

Manchester City will play as the home team in the second match, this draw is a success for City, if everything goes according to predictions then they will be in the final and waiting for which team from the city of Milan will face them in the final later. Looks like Guardiola already understands how to suppress Real Madrid even if it's only a draw but that's better for them, hopefully in the second match there won't be any blunders made by City players that derail them from reaching the final and they still have to be vigilant because Real Madrid is still Real Madrid with all its experience in champion league will try to get out of pressure and give a surprise.

I believe he [Alvarez] can do better than Erling or if possibly play both attackers in the return leg and make the defense of Madrid work more than they did in the first leg and hopefully it will be a win for City at the end.

Pep had a solid game plan when he took Manchester City to Madrid and he executed it perfectly with his starting line-up. I must give a big shout out to Ederson for keeping City in the game, he was absolutely brilliant against Real Madrid. From my perspective it looks like Man City will be able to finish the job at home in The Etihad Stadium next week. It'll be a classic match damn sure!

Unfortunately, Haaland wasn't much of a presence on the field during the crucial game against Madrid. Antonio Rüdiger did an excellent job containing him. It's a shame that we barely even noticed Haaland's presence. Real Madrid may have been lucky that he didn't play.

Haaland in particular was very aggressive in this match but could not succeed. Although Manchester City drew in this match, they are at the bottom of the points table. The game ahead of Manchester City will not be much of a competition as the other side is less strong than Manchester City.  I thought manchester city can win this match because manchester city is stronger in point table despite real madrid having all number of strikers. Meanwhile, Real Madrid had many chances to score more goals but Karim Benzema could not succeed despite several attacks.

This was a very fierce match, both teams took the initiative to play a fast tempo, and there were lots of collisions which resulted in 4 yellow cards. I don't think it's the day of the strikers because they seem to be deadlocked. The tight defense of each team makes it difficult to create good opportunities. Man City certainly has an advantage in the second leg because they will be playing at home but still, they can't let their guard down because Real Madrid is a dangerous team that has a good mentality.

Luka Modric back but not the risk taking player last night, he was not really part of the game same goes to Benzema also. Players who stood out for that game has to be Kross, Vini and also Camavinga also the defense both Rudiger and Alaba.

I think, Manchester city will go for UEFA champions league final because Real Madrid cannot stop them in the second leg not to achieve goals that will bring them victory, because they are good in using home advantage to defeat any strong team. Real Madrid plan is to defeat Manchester city 1-0  in the first leg and draw the second leg with Manchester city in their home, which Manchester city never allow Real Madrid plan stand than to used another tactics to scored goal at 67 minutes to equalized the goal 1-1. I believe, Manchester city will embrace more opportunity in their second leg to defeat Real Madrid 3-1 because they will not allow what happened in this first leg to repeat itself again.

The quality of football played by these two teams filled with superstars is mesmerising. 2 absolutely banger of goals by vini and later equalised by KDB. Modric was apparently playing while recovering from injury and risking a bigger injury, yet he bossed the midfield. Kyle Walker was crucial for Man City as he didn't get dribbled past even once while winning all his duels. He kept the right side of the defence on lock. Great match and it'll lead to a decisive encounter at the Etihad. 2nd leg is likely going to be favouring Man City as it being their home game. Also, can't keep Haaland quiet for so long. Really hot game. Even the sensation of watching this match is the same as when we watch the UCL Final. Both teams played equally well in this match. Both teams displayed an equally balanced attack and defense. In the first half, Man City had more chances but yes, you are right that Real Madrid goalkeeper T. Courtois is very great because he can always read the direction of the ball going towards the goal.

In the second half things got even more fierce. But in this match I was surprised and laughed a little because if we pay attention that the first goal (Real Madrid - V. Junior) and second goal (Man City - De Bruyne) both scored with shots from outside the same penalty area. with the direction of the shot which is also almost the same to the right corner.

In my opinion, Manchester's goal would not have come out if Camavinga had made the pass to Vini, literally the moment he made the pass and missed it I thought "Camavinga if it's a goal, it's your fault " seconds later the goal comes out and look at Vini he still asked for the pass, maybe if he had handed the ball to Vini it would have even been 2 - 0  but that doesn't take away the fact that Camavinga played a lot and of course from the outside it's much easier to say than at the moment, but that was it a clear mistake was, Vini was literally alone and he passed to Rodrygo who lost the ball. But what shocked me the most was how Haaland didn't play anything, if the Golden Ball was tomorrow he wouldn't win, but let's see in the return game.

The match between madrid vs city was very interesting. I saw that how carvalaj was guarding grealish. It was making grealish can't move for free against real madrid. Haaland can do nothing in front of rudiger. It's caused by rudiger has very good physic as good as haaland.

KDB is also feeling so confuse to get the free space. The result was draw but there are so many important things happened during the match. Im so glad the defensive line of madrid is performing so well during the match.

The result in Madrid increases the chance for Manchester City to get to the final. Haaland wasn't as effective as usual, but he has a crucial role at getting the attention of Real's defenders to himself and opening spaces for the attacking midfielders of Manchester City.
Courtois made another great game. If Real Madrid had a weaker goalkeeper, City would have won the match. The goalkeeper of Manchester City also had a great game and did some really important saves. Maybe this season will be the season of Manchester City. I can't see how AC Milan or Inter would compete against City, if the English team reaches the UEFA Champions League final.

it was a great game at night, both team showcases class. and are all eager to win the title, of course, whosoever qualify between them, will win the title, they are both favourite for the title. i told people that in Champions league   Real Madrid has no mate at the  moment and no close rival. they are king of champions league. Before the game several football pundits wrote Real Madrid of and i wonder if they really know football, i think people lost so much yesterday by putting their stakes on city to destoy Real Madrid. Real Madrid defence was absolute , they pocketed Haaland in the game, he didn't have a 10 touches in that game last night. the second goal was a  brillant one by kelvin. the second will determine alot of things, Real Madrid has a good record in England, they  can still showcase their seniority in Etihad.


today's  we are going to witness two Italian giants Ac Milan vs Inter Milan, both playing at home, because they shares same staduim @san siro. it will be touch but Inter Milan is more favourable to win the game.

I do like the new format of UCL. The new format was making the competition become even stricter caused by the situation can change anytime. This format makes the club to have more spirit to win the upcoming match even though if the club will be playing away. Real madrid has champion DNA. It doesn't even matter where and when real madrid playing against and it think if it's gonna win the match against manchester city. I knew that many people feel disappointed with the result in santiago bernabeu. People just never remember what achievements that achieved by real madrid. 14 times UCL torphies shall be enough to make them all remember the history of real madrid.

The next match gonna be the most important match for real madrid. I hope that madrid can destroy city in etihad. That will be so good to sing "where's your european cup?"
I hope that madrid will make another dramatic comeback against manchester city again.
