Tactical brilliance also plays a major role in a team's performance every season, a team can have good and experienced players and still find it difficult to win games and competing against top teams for trophies. I think Ancelloti has a major role to play and Real Madrid have not been so good this season in the league as a result of decisions made by Ancelloti who seem to channel his focus on the Champions league title.

But I wouldn't really expect Real Madrid's domination of the Champions League title to be unstoppable this season. I hope another team will replace him as title winner, no matter who.

I hope Chelsea stop Real Madrid in the quarter-finals and get Ancelotti in trouble. Real Madrid is the best in the history of the Champions League, I know that, but the Champions League can't be about one team like Real Madrid every season because it must be very boring. Napoli and Manchester City or maybe Bayern Munich are the teams I hope to win this season, but of course it's difficult to do so if Real Madrid go through to the final.

I don't know if it's possible (definitely not) but my dream would be to be able to see Real Madrid vs Napoli
who knows what game it would be, on the one hand the experience of the Champions League on the other a team that is grinding victories after victories

You mean in the final right, because the both of them can only meet in the final if they both win their QF and SF ties. Well it isn't something that's impossible, i for one believe Napoli would make it to the final because from my prediction, i pick them to beat AC Milan and to defeat the winner of the Benfica v Inter Milan tie.

Having said that, the problem is if Real Madrid can pass through their own hurdles, they have Chelsea to contend with in the QF, and should they come out of that tie unscathed, then they have the winner of City v Bayern to face in the SF, it is going to be really tough. Personally i want to see City in the final at Instanbul, Real Madrid have won this tournament too many times and i don't wish them to win it again this season, or even get to the final.

Usually I would have said Manchester City, but Napoli is working like a perfect engine. They are probably the opponent who is most uncomfortable for any team to play against. You just know their results and even though they don't have the biggest name in the soccer world, every other team now knows that they are extremely hard to beat.

I know most persons will love to experience an unexpected team win the Champions league but I doubt that because despite the top favourites having one or two poor performances here and there they seem to move their focus to the champions league and play better in the UCL. I think in the end one of the top favourites will still come out victorious.

When Chelsea was drawn against Dortmund, many people overlooked Chelsea's superior performance in the Champions League compared to Dortmund's superior performance in the domestic league. In the end, we saw Chelsea triumph over them despite losing the first leg match. Experience counts in this league, which is why it's called the League of Champions.

Chelsea was almost making it by going to the next round if it's not caused by the goal in additional time that was eliminating chelsea last season. Chelsea will face king of UCL three times including upcoming duel.
As a former coach of chelsea and i think that if ancellotti is also aware about what's gonna be a weakness of chelsea.

Both of them will be equally careful and alert because they feel that either Chelsea or Real Madrid will definitely show solid football. It is not possible to predict which team will win the Champions League title. However, Bayern Munich, Real Madrid, Manchester City, and Napoli are the favorites to win the title. I would say these four teams have equal chances to win the title. However, Munich and City will play against each other in the quarter-finals. The team will be eliminated from the quarter-finals. Napoli has been in great form this season. If this consistency continues, it will be very difficult for other teams to beat Napoli. I think maybe Napoli will be able to win the title.

Given that everyone assumes that Manchester City will easily defeat Bayern, despite the fact that Bayern also has a strong record, and despite the fact that Manchester City is a good team, I often feel that the team is overhyped. I know they are good, but they also have clubs and good players who score goals, so don't be surprised if Manchester City doesn't even sniff the trophy this season. But good luck to them when they resume back the league.

I think the recent performance of Manchester City and perhaps the also amount of goals scored in their recent games is what’s edging people on to think that Manchester City would defeat Bayern though not as easily as you say. Bayern Munich is a big team with equally amazing players as Manchester City. Even without Lewandoski who I think was their star player, they’re still playing great football with Mane.
I actually won’t be surprised if Manchester City doesn’t win the game against Bayern or go ahead to win the trophy at the end. This is football where the result could go either ways and in this case, both teams are equally strong. What is sure is that the game would be an interesting one.

Because Real Madrid still has the chance to still appear in the Champions League next season if it fails in the Champions League this season. Meanwhile, Chelsea still has to fight from the top ten in the Premier League in order to achieve better results this season, and one more thing is that Real Madrid still has another hope of winning the Copa Del Rey trophy this season even though the opponent is the toughest rival.

I'm also interested in watching their matches in the Champions League this season although I wouldn't be surprised if Real Madrid were able to win home and away because considering Chelsea's current condition is a bit far from good.

If they manage to eliminate them most probably they will have a draw against Real Madrid. Current poor performance in domestic league seems impossible for Chelsea stop Real Madrid domination in the Champion League but have potential for the winning team between Bayern Munich or Manchester City. I don't think boring with Real Madrid dominance in Champion League every season despite how impressive performance from Real Madrid and have winning mentality on every match.

For quarter final maybe Real Madrid not face any problem yet against Chelsea has inconsistent performance in domestic league and help Real Madrid for qualifying to semifinal, but seems little difficult in semifinal against the winner between Bayern or Manchester City have good performance exactly with Bayern have won all Champion League matches in this season.

Even though Real madrid has lost hope in the domestic league, they are still better than Chelsea, who are in a bad state this season. In fact, I think when they manage to be in this place, it's something extraordinary, because I didn't expect this to be able to do this when looking at their overall performance. In the previous round they managed to turn things around in the second leg, but the opponent they will now face is experientially better than the club they knocked out earlier, Borussia Dortmund. So I'm going to Real Madrid to be my favourite.




Looking at Benfica's journey in the Champions League this season, they are actually in a group inhabited by strong clubs, but they managed to compete with Juventus and Paris Saint Germain and came out as group winners. In the round of 16 their task was not too difficult because they got the opponent Club Brugge. In the first leg they were 2-0 up and in the second they were able to beat Club Brugge without difficulty. Now they will face Inter Milan, one of the giant clubs from Serie A. This will be a difficult match for them to advance to the next round. Not only for Benfica, but the same is felt for Inter Milan.

Against Bayern is a nightmare in the Champions League. even PSG, which is filled with star players, must admit Bayern's superiority over them. Bayern have never even lost since the group stage and also in the round of 16. Bayern won all the matches in the group stage and in the round of 16 without leaving a draw there. that's an achievement that I think is difficult for other teams to emulate. so I see that even Man City will have difficulty competing against Bayern in the quarter-finals later. if Mbappe and Messi can be overcome by Bayern. then they can certainly handle a Haaland too. this might be a tough match. but I see Bayern could be superior.

Benfica - Inter matchup is a candidate to be a really competitive one honestly. Besides it has been a very long time since these teams played against each other the last time. I mean it was like 19 years ago.    Therefore I'm curious about which side can outweigh the other here. I guess they would like to weigh themselves first in the first leg. The match is in Portugal so Inter would play more safe I assume.

It would be for the benefit of them also. Because Benfica are a team that are really strong in their attacking line. They have been really productive so far in the season. They need to get as good advantage as possible home to be able to do better in Italy later on. But it is still doubtful if they can do this or have the same scenario as Porto.

Personally, I don’t see Pep depending solely on a player and I wouldn’t advise depending on a single player. Haaland is a great player and a good finisher, no doubt but he still needs the help of his teammates in order to score goals. And I believe Manchester City could still play really well without the help of Haaland on the squad. But with Haaland on the squad, it would somewhat increase their chances at a win.

Every day strange things happen in football. This thing are enough to give us reasons not to doubt the football possibilities. Liverpool in EPL we're doing exceptionally great after winning Manchester united, but meeting a club like zbobemouth who is already close in relegation zone.
What I'm saying in essence is that Bapoli can wake up not to see this match in their favor . AC Milan is also a well known giant team in Italy.

That is why, Milan needs more than usual performance. If their performance is still the same as what they are so far, this will not be good for them. Over the years, UEFA Champions League results has proven that to progress in the competition you must have a good knowledge of how play in the competition. As a matter it's over two decades that  first-timer won the club football's biggest trophy so it'll take Manchester City a whole lot to do it this season. Their match against Bayern Munich won't be an easy one for city as people might think because the Bayern Munich team I've seen pkay this season has a never give up mentality. Pep Guardiola would want to make history but I don't think it'll be an easy task for them

What happened with Bayern they have sacked Negalsmann and appointed Tuchel as their new coach. this is a strategy that I think the management of bayern munich is very focused on the champions league for this season. Tuchel is a great coach he has a pretty good strategy in his coaching career.  one of these factors may be their preparation to face Manchester City in the quarter-finals and most likely the match between Bayern Munich vs Manchester City will be even more fierce with the presence of Tuchel in the Bayern Munich team.

I think Tuchel will be a coach who is quite influential for the team he coaches, especially in the Champions League where Tuchel was very successful with Chelsea after delivering the UCL trophy in the 2020-2021 season. So, can Tuchel make another surprise in the Champions League this season, it's worth watching.

Bayern Munich has more chances to qualify for the next round. There other good performing teams in the Champions league but the effort and strength from Bayern Munich is different. Looking from the success of other teams in their games this season,  Bayern Munich has done better, this give them more edge of becoming the champions of champions league. Manchester City have also performed well this season but I'm not sure if they can win champions league this season.
