And the important thing is that Chelsea managed only 7 shots in this match. Chelsea will not be able to break down Madrid's defense if this poor attacking performance continues. I decided to bet Madrid to win the second leg.

For me the chances of FC Chelsea to advance into the next round are just as slim, or even non-existent, as the one of Bayern Munich tomorrow. While FC Chelsea is "only" 2 goals behind against Real Madrid for me the performances of Chelsea in the last few games were even weaker than the ones of Bayern Munich. Real totally dominated them in the first leg and could have scored even more goals, while Bayern Munich was at least at the same level with ManCity until they conceded the second goal, after that they completely fell apart.
That being said, this is football and if Chelsea is able to go into the halftime break with a 1-0 lead then everything is possible again because even Real will get nervous when they are in the 80th minute with a 1-0 for Chelsea.

The result that will be difficult to determine this night is the result of Ac Milan vs Napoli because I learnt that Victor Osimhen will be in the line up and I know the guy has some kind of forces that changes game.

Real Madrid did not have a burden when away to Stamford bridge, a 2-0 aggregate advantage made it the favorite to qualify for the semifinals. Real Madrid only need a draw in the second leg, they don't need to look for goals to qualify for the next round.
Chelsea are clearly under pressure, they have to look for 3 goals to turn things around. With conditions that are currently teetering and a record of never winning in the last six matches, Chelsea chances of making a comeback are very small.

Real Madrid excels on aggregate and also excels in terms of attack effectiveness in every match.
The Real Madrid striker is supported by two very experienced attacking machines with Modric and Kross forming a formidable tandem in midfield. Benzema is the deadliest striker, while Vinicius quite often disturbs the opponent's defense with his individual actions. I think Chelsea should be pretty defensive today even if they are going to try to get out of the pressure after losing 2-0 at the Bernabeu.

I know anything can happen in today's second leg between Chelsea and Real Madrid. But if I analyze their game in the last few matches, I don't think Chelsea will be able to score those 2 goals easily even though they are playing at home. I believe that there is every possibility of Chelsea coming back to win Real Madrid in this game but the only thing I am doubtful right now is that Chelsea is not in their best of form and Frank lampard the Chelsea coach we still use the same players he used against Madrid in the first leg and against Brighton that almost destroyed Chelsea completely. With Real Madrid winning 2-0 on aggregate over Chelsea, Real Madrid has a much more chance of advancing to the semifinals, although Chelsea still has the chance to make a comeback and I think this is slim, maybe in this second leg match the two teams are both trying to improve their performance which is Real Madrid must maintain their advantage and Chelsea are required to make a comeback to qualify for the semifinals, but given the small chance this provides a good opportunity for Real Madrid to be able to maintain it or be able to add to the results

Real Madrid already had a two-goal advantage in the first match over any superior opponent. Now they will be very comfortable in tonight's game. The midfield will also return good games. We should not expect anything out of the box tonight with Chelsea as it is evident that there has been a lot of holdback for Chelsea this season both in the premier league and champion league and at that, we can not bet on Chelsea winning the game between them and real Madrid in the champions league game tonight.

But with their current condition, and with their current poor finishing, I think it's still a little difficult.
Chelsea even only scored 1 goal in their last 5 matches and even then this week and had to lose to Brighton in the Premier League which made me doubt their comeback.

Chelsea's condition is currently in a slump, it is very difficult for them to turn things around when serving Real Madrid at Stanford Bridge. Madrid are very comfortable with a 2-0 lead and of course they won't give the hosts space to terrorize them either. My prediction is that the Whites will continue to play seriously in the 2nd leg, it is likely that they will be able to win again with a big score.

With Chelsea's condition getting worse at the hands of Lampard, it is not impossible that the Blues management will fire the former player and top scorer of all time again. The results of the match later might be the last game for him if he suffered another defeat.
