Exactly as I expected, 2 of these 4 matches produced surprise results.It is strange that Leverkusen and Manchester united drew when they should have won.

Manchester United slightly lowered the intensity of their attacks after the match was almost over. That was put to good use by Sevilla where they managed to create two own goals for Manchester United. So even though Sevilla couldn't score through their own players, the pressure they put on in the minutes before the end of the match has opened up many hopes of qualifying for the semi-finals.

So Sevilla will definitely do better at home after 2-2 in the first leg. Nobody underestimates Seville, here's why.

Agree. No one expects a draw as the result of the match, because Man United is surely stronger and they are even the favorite team to win Europa League title. In my opinion, 2 goals in 2nd half were not because of a better performance by Sevilla but it was because of the poor performance of Man United defenders. There is something wrong with the tactic made by Man United coach in 2nd half. And it is the wrong decision to release Maguire in minute 46'. Man United coach must evaluates this, he shouldn't do this again in the Leg 2.

MU's defenders can do that but the only stupid thing that being kept by MU's defenders are keep trying to control the ball even though the situation is not supporting it. MU will never win if lord meguire will be playing in any matches. This guy will be making so many blunders that will bring manchester united into the lose. I have been watching how stupid meguire and tyler. Sabitzer was the savior by manchester united, manchester united may lose against sevilla if there was no sabitzer who was able making two goals in the first half before its team mates were making the club failed to win against sevilla due to the some blunders that already made by them. The worst things are if all of goals came for sevilla was coming from the blunders by meguire and tyler.

Tyler malacia can be called as meguire's clone. He has the same play style as meguire. The thing gonna be different if meguire will not be playing against sevilla. Mu may still win the game and having more aggregates over sevilla.
The biggest opponent for MU was not the opponent but it must be meguire when he was playing as starting line up. Meguire was making own goal during the additional times.

What a very bad player owned by MU. His transfer price is not even representing his performance in the field.

Yeah I know most people will definitely be here cursing Maguire but I will say man was just pure unlucky in this match and shouldn’t be blamed for that goal because he had absolute nothing to do there. First of Casemiro shouldn’t have allowed Neysri that much space to headed the ball. For the first goal Malacia just switched off and that was it. Which a bit clumsy from him but naming as maguire clone is funny.

If anybody had actually watched the match they would have seen that 70% of the blame should be on Ten Hag for some headless substitutions which were off points and too early in a contest like this. Bruno and Martial had no business going out.

Also if United had converted most of their chances in the first half and second then there wouldn’t be such commotion in head. It is not just right to blame both maguire and Malacia for game that everyone contributed to the loss

Right now my focus is still on Manchester United's match against Sevilla and for other matches I monitor the live score. But it's quite interesting to see the game between Leverkusen and Union Saint.
Union Saint actually stole my attention this time. they are definitely not a favorite club but before that they pulled off a surprise and now facing the bundesliga side they are already 1 goal ahead for their away match. Even though this is still not a complete victory because the match is still going on but it looks like if they qualify for the next phase again it will be interesting for Union Saint.

Man United looks like a really big favourite to win the Europa League. Today game was really impressive from them. I'm glad to see such a big team in form.

Manchester United is no more serious after they scored the two goals in the first half. They thought that there is no more competition and the guys relaxed and unfortunately for the coach of Manchester United already removed his star players and now Manchester United is into a very tight corner where their defender Malecis successfully aided their opponent to score a goal which is now a boast and there is still time for Sevilla to come back which means there will be problem for Manchester United in the return leg. Again, Manchester United super defender Martinez is injured.

this result did not surprise me because Feyenoord this season is a very strong team, with a very dangerous attack, and in most of their last games they have managed to score a lot of goals and have a good defense, at least acceptable, so I saw the Feyenoord as a favorite to win in this game, I didn't see any other result if not Feyenoord's victory, Roma came to this game looking for a draw or to minimize the defeat, that is, losing by just 1 goal was the least painful result for Roma, because in the second leg may have more hope of turning around the result

Manchester United 2 - 2 Sevilla

I confess that until now I'm trying to understand what the hell was Maguire doing in the field? why the hell did they put Maguire to play precisely in this very important game, I was already seeing my bet won when I see Maguire scoring an own goal, honestly I lost my bet because of senseless mistakes by manchester united, this draw is unbelievable

Sevilla in Europa is like Real Madrid in the UEFA Champion's League. You can never write them off until both legs have been played. That Maguire own goal was a complete disaster because the ball was headed wide off the goal. I still wonder Manchester United still play him at the back honestly.

The 2-second leg in Spain is going to be very intense. Can Manchester United turn this around? I doubt, time will tell.

Juventus may have won this match but they have not won the tie. This tie is far from over.
After the performance I saw from Sporting, Juventus are in for a very long night  on the 20th of this month when they travel to Portugal for the second leg of the tie. Sporting deserved at least a draw in this match. They played like they were on home soil. They did everything but put the ball in the back of the net. Even the goal Juventus scored came through a defensive error.
My bet was on Juventus to win, and I'm happy they won because I won the bet but if they take this kind of performance to the Estádio José Alvalade in Lisbon then I'm afraid this would be the end of their Europa journey because Sporting are better at home.

Maguire lol , he is a legend ... the popularity of his meme get better as time goes by especially after this own goal ... phil jones really proud for sure . I'm at a loss as to how Manchester United, who had two goals in the first half, allowed Sevilla to draw the match with them at the end of their home match. Manchester United played a lively and commanding first half, and I almost came to the conclusion that Sevilla is not Manchester United's match. Manchester united have dissapointed me so badly today, i never thought that they would be so careless to let a two goal lead go just like that. At first their performance in the first half so was good and like what maguire has been known for, whivh is comitting of blunders and today again he had showed that prospect by scoring an own goal and comitted so many definsive mistakes.

Sevilla are such a lucky team honestly. Manchester United were going on really comfortable against them with a 2-0 lead. But somehow Sevilla managed to score two goals in the last minutes of the game. It was a really big shock for Manchester United and they didn't have much time left to answer with another goal. This is a really bad result for Manchester United before going to Spain for the rematch.

But still I don't want to believe Sevilla can eliminate them. This luck will run out somewhere and I think that place is the rematch. As long as Manchester United play fully focused they are still in a better position than their opponent.

This is really like the peak of comedy where Sabitzer gallantly scored a brace within 7 minutes of the first half and was immediately equalized by 2 own goals created by Malacia and Maguire within 8 minutes.
This really hampered especially in this match many people lost their bets because of the result that Manchester United received.

Manchester united  gambled with today's match by not taking the second half serious. Eric Hag also contributed to the lost,by making some wrong changes. He was just to leave the players to continue with the match since they were leading.

Sevilla was very lucky to reap from where they didn't sow by having two goals which was an own goal to end the match 2-2. I just hope that Eric Hag will learn fr his mistake. One thing I don't like about united is that when they are winning they feel reluctant and mess around with the ball,instead of scoring more goals. This was what led to them drawing this game. Manchester united will win Sevilla at home because they don't have a good striker to score for them.

I agree.You shouldn't underestimate any team,especially in a European Cup match,even if you're 2-0 up,it's in your interest to score more goals in the match.But sometimes teams and players don't do that for some reason.If you don't,you'll leave the match with a draw with two mistakes and an own goal.United could have scored more goals but they didn't choose to do that and it cost them dearly.I'll still see United as favorites away.They'll be the ones to win the round.

The two things I predicted before this UEFA Europa League quarter final match happened exactly the way I said them. Firstly, I knew Manchester United can comfortably beat Sevilla is they stay solid and play with determination and I also knew that but United will be dealt with if they decide to underate Sevilla.
At first half, Manchester United were comfortably leading the game with two goals margin but in the second second half they reduced their tempo in the match and that was what led to the draw. Also Erik Ten Hag didn't make good changes with his substitution.

The surprise of the night took place in Manchester. Manu took the lead by 2-0 with his second goal in the 21st minute of the match. While everyone was thinking that Manchester would win the match comfortably, at 84 minutes Malacia scored an own goal and it was 2-1. This time 90+2. When i saw 2-0 at halftime i was thinking this was gonna be one of the easiest wins for Man Utd this season. Sevilla is in a bad form in the league and i was think after that halftime it was gonna be a disaster but yet again they keep doing miracles in the europe league and now they have a positive result for the second leg.
