I didn't expect the Sevilla coach to be sacked. I think their run in the Europa League is not too bad. But the result of the game against Getafe seems to have made the management not believe it. Seven games with five defeats is not a good result, so I think they were not wrong to sack him.

Politics aside, Juventus is made of good players, football politics on one side, if not for the FIFA penalty, they would be sitting right next to Napoli in their domestic league but even at that, they are still very strong in form but then a comparison between them and Manchester United is a little bit not off, why because we all know that when Italia team and Spain teams meet with Europe teams, their capabilities are not always the same, the English Premier League are so good making out of loopholes, I don't know what will happen that some good teams I look upto are out but Manchester United is the team I look forward to taking this league.

At this point only the strongest teams are left within Europa League. Looks like Quarter Finals will be the most fun to watch. If we consider bets, I think Sevilla was messy compared to Fenerbahçe so I don't expect them do better against Manchester United. I would mainly put my bets on Manchester United for sure. Juventus Sporting Lisboa match will be hard to guess and prone to go extra time in my opinion as both of them are not that good in their locals.

We have four matches in quarter-finals with two are looking easy to predict like Manchester United vs Sevilla and then Bayer Leverkusen vs Royale Union with their current form level even predictions is not easy for any match because any team can produce good performance in any match and can steal the show as we have Sporting vs Arsenal in last round matches.

But, these two are looking easy for the better teams and other two are surely going to have challenging matches which will not predictable even Roma and Juventus are looking better, but any result can happen, and any team can go through even Sporting can do good performance again go through into next round with Feyenoord is also having good consistency for their better results in this season.

Sevilla appear very different in the local league and European league, it's quite strange indeed where they can continue to advance to the European league quarter-finals but in local competitions they still have to fight from the relegation zone, indeed their position is still quite far but the points they have are not much different from the teams below them even with Almeira who is in 19th position is only 2 points difference, and management feels the need to save but it will be a big question mark whether the new coach will give them new things that are good or not.

I don't think Arsenal are the favorite team in the Europa League, and Arsenal's elimination from the Europa League in my opinion is not something strange. Maybe they consider Arsenal to be at the top of the English Premier League, so they favor Arsenal but for me, that really isn't used as a benchmark.

Also on several occasions I have thought about Manchester United and also Juventus, and even though Manchester United this season lost heavily 7-0 by Liverpool in the Premier League. But still, for me it won't have a bad impact on Manchester United in the Europa League. Because basically Erik ten Hag has succeeded in restoring Manchester United's performance for the better, so that Manchester United's chance of advancing to the European League final is still possible.

It is too early to conclude that Juventus will win the Europa League,  you know it is just of recent Juventus started performing well, unlike Manchester United that have been performing well for a longtime. I'm not under rating Juventus,  but let's check at the record of Manchester United, their strength and quality, I think they have a better chances of winning the europa league than Juventus. The strength of Manchester United squad is good enough to maintain the top four position in the premier league and also to fight for the championship of the Europa league. Yes, that can be an individual assessment, Juventus and Manchester United are the favourites, but I'm more inclined to Manchester United. Yes, I know they still have weaknesses that they could even beat Liverpool badly at that time. But Juventus also did the same thing. I don't know why now I see a winning mentality again from Manchester United after a few seasons ago I didn't see that from them. Perhaps the arrival of Erik Ten Hag was one of the reasons there has been such a change at Manchester United, and also the players seem to have more passion than last season.

Sevilla is the most experienced club on the European stage, that's true. But I don't see them beating Manchester United. In La Liga they are not as good as they were last season, and in fact they have been at the bottom of the table for quite a long time. Even though they are currently better, I think they will not be as strong against Manchester United in my opinion.

These competitions show that it is not always about the most expensive players or those with the highest salaries. We have a couple of leagues where you can see that right now. But in the European cups it becomes even more evident because there is extra motivation for the less publicly recognized players to show against the big teams that you can make up for some deficiencies through effort. Sporting against Juventus will be a game on eye level. If you kick out Arsenal in their current shape, there is no team you can't kick out.

I agree that we will probably see United or Juventus lift the trophy this season, I get that people are expecting for some surprises and that will not happen if you ask me. I am not saying that it will not happen, it could happen and that is true and it could be some serious situation for people because if unexpected results happens then it is going to be an issue for many gamblers.

I think United will easily win, Juventus will win too even if not easily, and we are going to end up with a good result. Italian powers this year has definitely made its way into Europe, Napoli and Milan and Inter are doing wonders at UCL too, and now Juventus looks good in Europa too, those are all important for a nation.

I wouldn't be surprised if Juventus and Sporting failed to reach the final in the end, but I'd be really disappointed if Manchester United didn't get there. The best Juventus achievement I can think of is getting to the final, but I'm sure they didn't win the title. Manchester United are my favorites in the Europa League, even if I doubt them on one hand.

But in other ways, this could also be a surprise again, especially for the Europa League, there are always some surprises that often occur if you look at the previous season.
Juventus' current condition is the same as Arsenal's previous condition which was the favorite, but that is not a real guarantee either for them to win easily.
The hope is that they win but this will not be an easy game for them especially with Sporting's defense against Arsenal being really good.

They have not issues, of not for the deduction of points, Juventus would have been right in the top four position in the Seria A League.
That aside, they have been up and doing and going still they have accumulated points some clubs around the globe haven't, they're doing a decent job. Allegri 2015 came so close to winning the champions league but they got messed up by Barcelona.

Juventus, Roma and Manchester United, likewise the reborn Bayern Leverkusen who have been a tough side since the arrival of Xabi Alonso.

Feyenoord and Roma can also have a close matchup against each other. Feyenoord were really impressive in the previous round. Their performance in the second leg against Shakhtar was incredible as they won by 7-1. Shakhtar are of course not playing like in the past. They have lost many important players as they left the country due to war. But they still didn't get a bad result in the first leg of course.

Therefore I still think the thing Feyenoord did against them later on was very impressive and they are a big threat to Roma. Roma are one of the favourites of the title on paper. They have just eliminated a tough opponent like Real Sociedad so they should be ready against Feyenoord as well.
