I think that ten hag knew about the risk by letting meguire to play against sevilla. Malacia has been making the first blunder and then meguire was just adding more goals for sevilla which is very bad. Ten hag is so mad to the meguire and malacia but the problem is since MU has no other defenders anymore. That means ten hag has no choice other than to try to subsitute meguire in. I could understand why ten hag was taking such a decision. It's not the time to remember it. MU is still having a chance to be qualified for semifinal.
The performance of manchester united is quite good at this moment. It will be so bad if MU will be playing against sevilla without rashford.

So many key players already injured. Ten hag is even picking junior player to replace some important players who are unable to play during the match against nottingham forest. Many things contributed to Manchester United drawing their first match with Sevilla. I think the players at some point lost concentration but that was not the height of it.
The major cause why Manchester United didn't go home with the full 3 points is because of the changes that Erik Ten Hag made by removing the star players.
It was when Martial and Co was removed that weakness entered the squad and made them draw.
Malacia was totally inconsistent in the matc, he was playing like Cucurella of Chelsea. I believe Manchester United will make ammends in the return leg.

Roma will have a really tough work to do in the second leg against Feyenoord. Because they had a really unlucky match before and even lost the match by 1-0. They had so many goal chances and some of the wasted ones were really insane. For example there was an incident in which the ball was cleared literally just over the goal line. If the ball moved a little more forward it was going to be a goal.

Anyway this time Roma will need to break a leg and make a score contribution to this matchup. I remember their finale in the Europa Conference League in the previous season. Roma weren't the better side statistically but they won the cup at the end. Feyenoord are looking for a revenge in the Europa League but we will see. I still want to give Roma a chance for a comeback.

Actually, when Feyenoord could only win by a very narrow score in the first leg against Roma, it was a loss for them because the second leg would be even more difficult to beat the Roma Olimpico stadium, especially recently, even though Roma have not lost a few league matches, they are getting 3 wins consecutive away and home matches, and the bookies give Roma as the favorite in the match later, Roma just need to try so that this does not become a match that is decided by penalties because it requires a strong mentality for the penalty takers.

It's true that seeing Roma's current performance is scary for any visiting team. The Roma wolves are on an unexpected winning streak and I think this is a pretty good achievement considering they will host Feyenoord at home. But still, after seeing the progress made by Rome, I will change the direction of the bet for Rome's victory later.

I agree, they got unlucky and that sometimes happens in football but they also showed that they are the better team and they should be able to get the win in Spain without a doubt. This is football and just as an unlucky situation happened in home game, it could happen in away game as well and they could lose, there is no guarantee that United will win this game.

But, I feel like the best case right now would be to able to focus on the game and bet on United. I will bet on United to win, and even if I am wrong, I will just keep trusting them until they lose. They played so great this weekend against Notts, and probably will play like that against Sevilla as well and get a win out of that game. Head to head was true in the previous few seasons, but it is also realistic to say that at that time Manchester United was in its worst condition, while Sevilla was much more stable in La Liga at that time. Now the two teams have reversed where Manchester United are in fairly convincing conditions to win in the second leg, while Sevilla actually appear a little disappointing in La Liga.

Because they were quite under pressure by their opponent and they should even consider themselves lucky to get this win anyway. I didn't expect Sporting to play this much comfortable in Turin to tell the truth. Hence I feel like Sporting wouldn't waste another chance in their home stadium. They should be able to be even more effective there.

If you watch the replay and look at the match statistics, you can see that Sporting dominated this match, I think Juventus won through luck, for I don't know what else to call it. The next game will be even tougher for them, not at home, as you have already pointed out, so it will be a serious spectacle

I watched the match and I can say Sporting dominated in that game. They were kind of unlucky that they couldn't get a goal. I won't say Juventus won by luck although their goal was kind of a lucky goal but they were good defensively.
Id still put my money on Sporting to win the second leg and qualify for the semi finals, except Juventus plays better than they did in the first leg. Another thing is, if Sporting wants to qualify then they shouldn't be throwing away all the chances they get. They should make use of all the chances they get or else they might be punished like they were in the first leg.

I'm sure they won't miss their chance, they'll do their best, but there's no telling what will come of it. After throwing away a two goal  advantage to draw at home last Thursday, it became very clear to us that Sevilla is not a team anyone can underate without regretting it.  Manchester United was in control of the game in the first half of that but failed to continue with that performance in the second half and that was why they were punished for lacklustre.
The second leg will be played in Sevilla and that's a ground that many people won't want to play inside against  Sevilla in the Europa League but I think United can make up for their result from the first leg by winning the match on Thursday

I am also not confident about United chances of winning Sevilla in Spain. United had the tie in their hands when they were 2-0 up and they blew it with two silly own goals in the dying minutes of the game.
Man United underrated Sevilla after the second goal, they felt it would be a walk in the park so they let their guard down, coupled with the injuries. The draw has most certainly kept Sevilla's hopes alive. They will feel like "if we can get a draw in England, why cant we get a win in Spain".
I expected nothing from Sevilla but they proved me wrong and they might just be able to knock out Manchester United despite their poor form in the league.

It wasn't exactly that they threw away their two goal advantage. They could have even scored the third when Anthony hit the post, but the two goals against them were so unlucky. That doesn't happen very often that you concede two goals like that. The header that Maguire deflected into their own goal was almost funny to watch. There wasn't anything he could do about it and the ball would not even be on target if not for Maguire. Those things can happen, but now Manchester has a serious problem to solve. The difference between starting that game after a draw and having a two goal advantage is of course huge.
