Yes, exactely.
Before submitting new posts, you must wait I cleared your old posts.
Basically, you now can have only one post to review per time.
Total amount of posts doesn’t change, speed of review shouldn’t change much, actually, submitting of posts should be a little bit slowed, so I won’t see me too many pages behind.

But I have been disciplined lately, and I am catching up!

As this is  a self-moderated thread I could delete the post infringing the rules.

Fair enough.
You could have waited the first day after the prescribed term. 
Nobody is rushing you for merits, but doing so you skipped position ahead of other users respecting the rules.

This thread has a limited set of rules, I kindly ask to read them in OP and follow them.
