Discussing with other merit sources, I came to the conclusion I had to modify a little bit the way I deplete my merit source allocation:

• Each user can submit 5 posts at a maximum per entry.

Haven't been one of those that benefited from Fillippone post reviews thread, I will like to call on him fillippone  to carry out audit of this threadto see if the rule of the thread have been violated by some members, I appreciate your efforts on trying to meet up with meriting this reviews submission and I also know how hard it is for you to follow-up and meet up, but then I feels some members have taken advantage of that and could have made more than 5 max submissions in the rules of this thread.

If you to busy, we can have other bitcointalk members who can offer such voluntary services, just to clean up the threaof abusers.

@fillippone,  These three members are constantly breaking your rules here. A member submitted his second round a total of three times. Isn't he breaking the rules?There are also two other members who have submitted a total of eight entries, whereas you have the rules here stating that a member can submit a maximum of seven entries. Even after a member has submitted 8 entries you have given merit there. Why are they repeatedly breaking the rules?

It’s easy.
I usually give at least one merit to a round.
If I didn’t, then check the round before and after yours.
If they got merit, then I have already reviewed them, so try to figure out why I skipped you.
Otherwise, wait.
