Yes, most new casinos do not have bug bounty programs. But, generally, when someone reports a serious vulnerability which may put customers funds or data to risk, they usually give a reward to the reporter as a gesture of gratitude (the reward can be in any form like special badge or membership, not necessarily money).

Meaning that they are already aware and probably fixed so your warning here is already not valid. Your negative comment is an obvious retaliation for not paying to your volunteer service.

This is what bug hunters usually do. They publicly disclose the vulnerability after being sure it has been fixed.

Basically, anyone can deposit, play and withdraw under normal conditions without performing KYC.  So I think there is no problem announcing that they don't do KYC.  It is also part of the marketing, telling people one of the unique features of the casino.  KYC will be implemented when they found an account suspicious.  So it is part of an investigation when the situation isn't "normal".

I understood your point correctly and I don't have any problem with that either, kyc is only requested when there is suspicion with the account and the account is under investigation that way kyc can be demanded for, and this is the practice with most casinos this days so that is understood that kyc is somehow part of the site but not mandatory to all players unless under strange behavior from the player.

The above post is the statement of the team towards KYC.
So at the moment, they are not requiring KYC, unless they suspected you from violating their ToS.
However, with the scenarios that we have observed in a lot of gambling sites, they sometimes require KYC even if you haven't violated any of their protocols,
but just because you got big winnings. Now, up to you how you will trust the site about their statement on this aspect.

I also understand where you are coming from.  Some casino exploits this kind of situation wherein they implement KYC on an account that happens to withdraw a huge amount of winnings just to prevent the player from bagging that huge amount in a "legal" means.  We have seen lots of cases like these, even though some accounts are clean, they still try their chance to rob those players of their winnings.

Just like the rest.They have the same or identical terms and conditions which they would really be asking for some verification whenever they do see suspicious activity on a certain user which is something not that shocking and any platforms that we do have today could really asked out those verifications if ever they do see those things.Its not misleading just like on what others been saying

I think it very much is misleading and honestly false advertising as well. If a casino says that they do not do KYC then thats that. No KYC. Saying "We do not do KYC" but then saying "Surprise! This website is the least secure one I've ever seen.
After finding a serious vulnerability, I reported it to their team.
I obviously can't expect bug bounty rewards when the website doesn't have such a program, but this is the first website I've ever bug hunted on that didn't pay ANYTHING.
The vulnerability made me able to generate infinite USDT+BTC.
My advice is to avoid this site. You could easily lose your crypto due to a malicious actor (If the site bankroll is cleaned).

You can say it is unfair if they have no terms related to KYC but if there is a term related to KYC, it is completely fair.

Yeah, true indeed but this is also true that KYC isn't mandatory there either. They only require KYC if they find anything suspicious or if they are forced through legal entities. As I said, this is common practice in online casino industry. There are very few casinos which don't require KYC at all. Macaw casino is one them which I'm aware of. I totally agree with you, now the question is which should gamblers really trust to pay their winnings without problems between a licensed casino and the unlicensed one?
