I disagree with you. In terms of consistency, Netherlands have more percentage than England in this competition. With all the squad England has, you'd expect them to be ranking with Spain or Germany but they were greatly disappointing. If not for the fact that they got away with winning by small margins, they should have been dropped since the group stages.
