It is impossible for the coach to substitute Ronaldo because he needs to play penalty whenever there is an opportunity. His presence on the field can turn things around for them at any moment. I don't know why I'm always too pained when I see this England lineup and Cole Palmer is always missing with almost a repetition of the same names that aren't working right from the group stage.
