The verifying of my selfie photo is now already taking 24 hours and I still haven't heard anything back. Can you please ask why it's taking so long?

24 hours for verification purposes is still fine and in fact, it can mostly last for 48 hours or more than that on most platforms but don't worry because the OP here is so active and looks very kind, so I am sure that your concern is always going to be solved. Absolutely not. I'm from a legal country (Germany), did not use VPN or whatever, did not take any bonus and simply played some sports bets. I guess they always do KYC if you withdraw more than your total deposited amount, which is totally fine with me. The only thing I complained about was that it took about 20 attempts to get the selfie photo right because the instructions I got were very general. The 48 hours are almost over so I expect my account to be verified any moment now and will let you guys know here.

Hey. The casino reserves the right to request KYC anytime. I dont really get what you mean by "suddenly" or "without any reason", since there is no exact time when players ought to pass it. I'm not so sure about that. Even after my clear photo was sent, I am still waiting now for already 5 full days and still haven't heard back.

It's definitely due to the period we currently are in, alot of people have traveled to the hometowns to spend time with their family, and from what perception, several of this small casinos are most times ran and managed by 1 or 2 persons from their home or a small office, so a delay in a time as this shouldn't be surprising..
Just wait till the new year celebration is over, every pending kyc verification request will sure be treated.

Hi brother I think that you should just show your account details here with Admin on this thread or you cannot team that might help you in both cases. Because there are some users that just say something that they do not own. So in this way there admin might help you.

Haven't been doing what you do because sometimes I prefer to skip if it's an obligation. Maybe it's because if you do KYC from the start there's nothing nothing to suspect with your activities, and usually people experience problems about KYC because of big withdrawals so casinos feel the need to be vigilant if there is fraud, although that's not always true
